Fran has been fantastic in supporting me with advice around having low iron levels and therefore having sugar cravings! After a thorough but very personable assessment of my lifestyle not just the food I ate, Fran devised a specific plan that was easy to follow and achievable. She is so easy to chat with and uses a holistic approach that worked for me. Thanks very much Fran. More...

Fran is brilliant: supportive, straight talking and totally non judgemental. She gets that life is hectic and suggests changes that are small, easy to embed and that really work for you.

Fran has really helped me to get my life back on track - although I thought I was eating fairly healthily and exercised 3 times a week I was still overweight and putting more on. Fran sat me down and we went through my food diary in detail to pinpoint where I was going wrong. I have a made a few changes to my diet and activity but these have been pretty minor and haven't impacted on my life in the way some weight loss programmes might - they are also pretty common sense. Eat more fruit and veg instead of sugar and make sure your portions don't get out of control. I don't feel hungry and it all feels very achievable for the long term. Since I started with Fran in September I have lost 4KG and feel miles better about myself! I thoroughly recommend Fran she's worked wonders! More...

I worked with fran from September 2017. She very quickly worked out what the issues were with my diet and put together a very simple and common sense plan for me to follow. As a result I have lost 10kg and am now at my target weight. For the first time everI have an easy to follow, sensible eating plan which is not a diet and which I can incorporate into my life. Q&As

In short, very!

The food we eat gives our bodies the “information” and materials they need to function properly. In short, what we eat is central to our health. If we don’t get the right information, our metabolic processes suffer and our health and ability to recover from injuries is impaired. Eating the right food in the right amounts is vital in helping to prevent, manage or treat disease and injury. It's about balance, not banning

I love everything about my job but I especially enjoy working on a one to one basis and tailoring advice and information so it’s relevant for the individual.

Knowing and doing are very different things and you have to address both to get the results you want.

I was frustrated with unregistered, unqualified individuals and businesses giving out nutrition advice that was wrong with claims that were not based on fact and misleading. The advice is often based on strict, restrictive diets based on “superfood” ingredients- this is unnecessary and unachievable.

I am a registered science based nutritionist and I give practical and evidence based information which is easy to follow and incorporate into your life

A client should choose someone who they are comfortable working with and who supports their goals.
