From start to finish, my experience at the bridal lounge was fantastic. It was the first and last boutique that I went to, Sara helped me find the perfect dress, the styling appointment once my dress arrived was lots of fun and helped me find the perfect accessories and Fran did a great job with alterations to make sure it fit perfectly.

This was the first shop my mum and I visited and we loved it! Sara was so lovely and made us feel really relaxed. The service was fantastic, and now having visited 3 more boutiques I can firmly say this one offered the best service and is the place my mum keeps referring back to! ! I had the best time trying on stunning dresses here. The Bridal Lounge was the first shop I tried and I found the perfect dress with the help of Sara. Walking in I was a bit overwhelmed and didn't know where to start (thankfully I took friends who were picking dresses for me) but once I'd tried a few on Sara began to see what I liked and disliked and it was her that found me 'the one'. Where do I start?! The Bridal Lounge was my local bridal shop when I was growing up and I always said when I get married I have to go there because of all the beautiful dresses in the window And I did! During my visit I explained to Sara what I was after and within 5 minutes she told me that she knew which dress was mine. Although she had her thoughts she let us look through the rails without any pressure and pick out a handful of dresses to try (Something that in other stores they didn’t let us do). I picked out the dress she had in mind for me and she said ‘that’s the one!’ . and she was 100% correct! From the initial appointment through to visiting my dress and fittings Sara and her seamstress Fran were amazing!!! Fabulous service from Sara at The Bridal Lounge. It was the first shop I visited on the hunt for my wedding dress and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Sara made me feel comfortable and at ease and was extremely helpful helping me find the styles that suit. I was very happy to find the perfect dress during my visit! Of course after such a good experience, we went back to look at bridesmaid dresses and that was also a success! This was the first shop I visited and I ended up cancelling other appointments because I found the perfect dress. Sara was just so lovely and helpful and made me and my mum feel very welcome and relaxed throughout the appointment. She picked out some dresses for me to try after asking about my wedding theme/venue and also gave me the chance to have a look at and try on some of the other dresses in the shop, and there really is a fantastic selection to choose from. Couldn’t recommend this boutique any higher! It was the very first appointment I had- I initially had lots booked in different boutiques across Cheshire and Leeds and never thought I would actually find my perfect dress five minutes away from my house! Sara was so welcoming and helpful, and the experience from start to finish was just absolutely lovely and felt so special and personal. I knew as soon as I put it on that the third dress I tried was ‘The One’ and nothing I tried on after it even came close! I had a clear idea of the type of dress I wanted - Sara took this on board but also offered her expert advice, and I ended up with a dress beyond what I could have imagined that feels truly special and unique. I was completely dreading trying on wedding dresses as I am not a girly girl and had no idea what I suited. Sara was so efficient, trying me in different styles and narrowing it down until I found my dream dress in under an hour. My whole experience at the bridal lounge has been amazing. Sara made me feel so welcome and she was incredibly helpful when answering my millions of questions. I have been so well looked after by Sara at The Bridal Lounge. Before going to my appointment here I was a little apprehensive and feeling out if my comfort zone. I found my dress here! The experience was very relaxed when I was choosing my dress and every time I tried it on in the store. Sara was really helpful and even managed to locate some extra fabric, matching my dress that I could use to cover a pillbox hat as part of the full outfit. Would highly recommend Sara.
