What kind of accounting services do you provide?
Our business is remote. With todays technology, it is possible to work anywhere. Our work is done mostly in Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, have experience in Xero.com. We can provide clean up services, monthly transactions providing financials on a regular basis. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is also available as well as Payroll.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
It saves time. It saves money. When it comes time to file taxes if your finances are in order it is very straightforward for your CPA to prepare the documents needed. It allows the business owner to make good, sound decisions based on knowledge about the financials. It saves money by making payments on time for such things as tax filings.
What do you love most about your job?
I like numbers to line up and it is a great feeling to see the monthly transactions all organized and financials produced to help the business owner keep track of where they are monthly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working as an employee for other companies I dealt daily with vendors whose processes were a mess. I worked for companies who made decisions not knowing where they were financially and ultimately went out of business. It was frustrating to know that I could help straighten that out. So I started my business to help small business take control of their business and not leave it to the receptionist to do the books.
