Spent a night here and it was a lovely hotel, we met a staff member called Kerry( I think she’s only on her second week) who was on the evening shift, she was very helpful and easy to talk and made us feel comfortable its the little things like this that make a stay more enjoyable, so thank you would recommend this hotel to everyone x

Probably the best hotel Ive stayed at. Despite the price quality room with lovely bathroom. Bar and grill downstairs is perfect to relax but busy enough to allow people watching. Food delicious.

I don’t know what to say ... we had our wedding reception at the Bold last week, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From start to finish the staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for the guests. The rooms are stunning and the food was unbelievable (not typical wedding food at all). Didnt use hotel facilities as we only called in for a drink... it was very quite and we were the 1st people the bar staff had served ( it was 4pm ) . .. lovely upstairs terrace to sit in the sun but view of lord st was blocked by trees.. probably sit outside their other hotel ( the bold opposite ) as it was buzzing... beautiful place but lacks customers More...

Another bonus was the designated non smoking area which is very rare nowadays in such establishments as not everyone wants to eat outside to smoke blowing across from the next table. More...
