Before joining Ben at body transformers, I had put on weight and was struggling with my fitness and my motivation.
During the first six weeks of the program I lost nearly a stone and 10 inches from various parts of my body and I felt much more comfortable in myself and fitter.
I absolutely loved the classes with Ben and the other lovely ladies and looked forward to them. Ben made exercising fun with his up beat personality and witty banter!
To anyone thinking about doing this programme, I would highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

Personal Trainers

I started the 6 week program with Ben in January. I was struggling with motivation, body image, confidence and didn’t know where to start to get my body and fitness back. In just 6 weeks I had gained so much physically and mentally. I lost inches and pounds, I felt stronger, slimmer, more confident and felt I was in totally control. My eating habits changed into something more achievable and manageable, sessions were when they suited me and my overall perception of myself changed for the better. I have learnt a lot about getting the best out of healthy calorie counting, as well about adjusting my own personal perception of my own body and health. Friends and family noticed changes in my confidence and body shape and that in turn motivated me even more. Sessions with Ben are fun, friendly and bespoke to you personally while enjoying time with others on their journeys. Being a menopausal 52 yr old I needed some help in fitness and nutrition. My fitness centre wasn’t doing it for me and I hated going to the gym and classes.
I then came across Ben at the Body transformers and I signed up immediately.
Ben has taught me how to do each exercise correctly and checks in after each rep in case anything is not feeling right and adjusts accordingly.
The classes have been a game changer for me and I look forward to going.
It’s been great meeting all the ladies and the 45 mins goes in a flash.
I have lost weight and inches and mentally I’m in a much better place. I’m fitter and stronger and I’m enjoying seeing my body transform.
Bens knowledge is amazing and he motivates me to do better and try harder.

I have just finished a 6 week program with The Body Transformers and it has been great. Ben is very knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions I have. Before starting with Ben I had tried many diets, but nothing that I was happy with. I was also unmotivated to get to the gym on my own. In the last 6 weeks I have lost 14.7 inches, I have gained strength and muscle and I also feel much better mentally. My clothes fit better and I can see differences in my body. This was a great intro into fitness and is a journey I am very excited to continue. Before joining TBT I had spent quite some time looking for an activity to keep and hold my interest, but I struggled to find something I was happy to commit too. I then saw TBT on IG and was immediately encouraged by it. My energy levels were low, the weight had been creeping on and I'd long stopped looking in mirrors as I didn't like what I'd see. But 6 weeks in and so much has changed, my energy levels are better, I've lost 11.5lbs and 8.5 inches overall. I don't seek out mirrors, but I no longer shy away from them. Ben creates a fabulous atmosphere with a perfect blend of laughter, (yes laughter), and professionalism with each session. The other ladies I train with are all lovely and friendly. Ben's knowledge in second to none and is always there to help and support you.
If there are any ladies out there looking to make positive changes emotionally and physically, I would definitely recommend contacting Ben. Thank you Ben.

I would highly recommend The Body Transformers to anyone feeling stuck in a rut with their weight/fitness/mindset. I joined in January not really knowing what to expect but just hoping it would trigger something in me to sort myself out, and it absolutely has. Before January I was feeling quite low, really miserable and ashamed of how I looked and felt but had zero motivation to do anything about it. I felt too intimidated to step foot in a gym and had a very stop/start relationship with exercise and healthy eating (usually just a few weeks before a holiday!). Training with The Body Transformers with Ben’s coaching has completely changed my attitude towards my diet and exercise, and I know that this is now a way of life for me - I will never go back to binge eating (and boozing!) at weekends and hardly moving all week. Yes I have lost some pounds and inches (which if I’m honest was my initial motivation), but far more importantly I have a much more positive mindset, my overall well-being has improved tenfold and I’m getting stronger and fitter. In fact I think Ben should rename it The Mind and Body Transformers! Wow!!! Before starting my 6 week transformation with Ben I was at the point where I hated what I saw and knew it was about time I did something about it. So I took a massive step out of my comfort zone and signed up with Ben. Ben makes everything fun and really listens and helps. I feel mentally better and physically stronger. The weekly check in were great as you get to see the progress you have made and then get great little pep talks back with hints, tips and advice. I can’t believe I had completed the 6 weeks it has honestly flown by and I’m so happy with the results. It’s given me the motivation that I needed and I intend to continue with my journey. I have just come to the end of my 6 week challenge with Ben at The Body Transformers, OMG what can I say about Ben, he's such a lovely guy, he defo knows what he's talking about and has taken very good care of me.
so before I joined Ben I had been diagnosed with Ostioarthritis in both my knees, it really got me down & I had started to gain the weight I had worked so hard to lose previously, Ben made me feel so welcome & the other ladies in the small group session were brilliant & friendly, the workout sessions were made to be such fun so it was never difficult to go, Ben made sure you were OK with the exercises you were doing & for me changed things when needed, I lost 1st 4.5lbs & 15 inches in 6 weeks, I feel fabulous, have more energy & feel more confident, I have learned about the food I eat & portion control, I'm still on my journey but with more knowledge than before.
If you get a chance to join Ben at The Body Transformers definitely go for it, you definitely wouldn't regret it. Thank you Ben

When I came across the Body Transformers I was at a low both mentally and physically. I was so ready for a change and, having never come across anything like this programme before I was keen to give it a go. The level of service offered by Ben is outstanding, not only do you benefit from small group training sessions you also get weekly check ins to help keep you on track. Ben genuinely cares about his clients and makes the experience really personable. Each session encourages you to push yourself at a level you are comfortable with and moves are tailored to suit your abilities. The programme kept me accountable, I also learnt so much about nutrition and other factors that impact your weight. At the end of the 6 weeks not only have I lost pounds and inches but I'm physically and mentally stronger. I've loved seeing the progress in the gym and working out with like minded ladies. Ben is truly one of a kind and will have you laughing your way through the sessions! Joining Body Transformation was the best choice I Made. Initially I was a little bit nervous and skeptical about the 6 wk program but those thoughts have 100% changed. Not only did I lose 9.5 lbs/ 12 inches but I have learnt so much about myself, my body and my habits. Ive also learnt about exercise, strength, nutrition, sleep and how being a woman all has a part to play in a healthy life style. The biggest thing I have learnt from Ben is that it’s not a quick fix, it’s about making new habits, the long term goal and making it second nature. After just 6 wks my strength has improved, I have more energy, my mood is better and with the loss of weight my confidence has grown. I have just come to the end of my initial 6 week course with Ben and I cannot express how much I have enjoyed this experience. I signed up with Ben because I was feeling extremely unhappy with my fitness and my body. Having tried so many different diets in the past, I knew that I needed to try something new.
I have always been too nervous to join a gym, so for me, these small classes are exactly what I needed. Not only is Ben knowledgeable, supportive and extremely welcoming, all the other ladies I have met have been so friendly and kind. From the moment I walked into my first class I felt so comfortable and I have enjoyed every single session.
I feel so much fitter and stronger than I did 6 weeks ago. I have dropped pounds and inches. My clothes are becoming too big, my energy levels are through the roof and I feel mentally stronger. There are so many reasons why this has been so beneficial for me.
I am so excited to continue my journey with Ben :-)
For anyone who is thinking about signing up, you really should not hesitate...it is one of the best things I've done!

I dont give 5 stars easily…but this program deserves 5 stars!!! I was out of control with my eating, had no idea how many calories I was consuming each day and hated going to the gym. I found out about Ben’s service and thought why not give it a go…nothing to loose. What I gained was incredible. I loved every training session, we had such laughs, and I saw my strength grow. I now track my calories every day and can see where I am going wrong. I lost weight and inches and have found a new love for exercise. I would highly recommend!!! More...

Cannot thank Ben, The Body Transformers, enough!
I was at a point where my self confidence was lacking due to my age and poor habits and needed to turn things around. What I found was beyond personal training and motivational chats. The small group sessions are perfect for anyone starting on this journey, you work with like-minded women in a similar position to yourself. Ben is encouraging but understanding. With regards to training, he works at your level but at the same time will help you to try more and as a result my strength has improved massively. He's always on hand to discuss any lifestyle issues you may have whether it be stress or poor diet choices, he's realistic and extremely helpful.
Overall the last 6 weeks has helped me both mentally and physically, I cannot recommend this program enough.
Thank you Ben and all of the wonderful ladies I have met during my journey.

I've just finished a 6 week programme with Ben at the Body Transformers and can't thank him enough. I have found something I really enjoy and can't wait to continue my fitness journey. I joined The Body Transformers as I was fed up with looking in the mirror and being unhappy with what I saw. I’ve wanted to lose weight for a long time but just didn’t have the discipline to stay on the bandwagon so to speak! Personal Trainers

I joined Ben 7 weeks ago after struggling with my fitness and weight for 30 years. At 62 I decided it was time to do something as time is runing out for me.
I decided to look for a personel trainer as I hate going to gyms.
When I approached Ben, I was feeling very unsure as to what I was doing, I felt nervous about joining, as I thought everyone would be fitter and younger than me. But how wrong was I!!! Every one was welcoming and happy.
Ben is such a fun person to be around, he creates such a welcoming atmosphereand and a safe enviroment for his clients. He is patient and kind, never minds how often you go to him with questions. I feel I can approahed things at my own pace without feeling judged.
I will be continuing my journey with Ben as it is the first time for many years that I have enjoyed exercise.
Thank you Ben for being Awesome!

Personal Trainers

I came to Ben 6 weeks ago in a very bad place, both physically and mentally. I wanted to lose weight, but most of all feel stronger, fitter and healthier.
Today was the end of my initial 6 weeks and I can say I have achieved all of that and so much more!

For the first time in years I have energy, am exercising regularly (and enjoying it) and massively improved my eating/drinking habits, all while still enjoying life which is very important to me. Despite having a couple of naughty days on calories, I have managed to lose 19 inches and feeling much more positive about my fitness, but mentally too.

I have loved each and every class as is a wonderful way to meet and mingle with other women going through similar journeys but also Ben makes it so much fun. He is patient, kind and an amazing teacher. If you can put up with his dad jokes, you'll get some great abs from all the laughing too! 🤣

Thank you Ben for genuinely helping me to enjoy life again! Looking forward to our continued next 6 months! 😊

Any ladies that are sitting on the fence, please take the leap, I promise you won't regret it! 😊

I have tried just about anything and everything to try and lose weight in the past, from diet pills to slimming clubs and before finding The Body Transformers, nothing had worked long term. I'd lose the weight, but find myself piling it all back on and more when I fell off the wagon and lost my motivation.
After another health scare in March 2023 I knew I had to do something, after a google search my dad found Ben at The Body Transformers and encouraged me to just go and have a chat. I put it off for a few days, but finally found the courage to contact Ben. I am so glad I did, as I've just finished my 6 week program and am blown away with the results, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I've lost weight and inches, I've gained confidence and I have so much more energy.
If you are thinking about joining, then I say jump in feet first and go for it, you won't regret it! Ben will not only help you exercise using the correct techniques, he checks in with you weekly (or when ever you need it) to ensure that your journey is going how you want it to, and on top of all that he makes sessions fun and you'll always leave with a smile. I’ve struggled with my weight and fitness most of my life. Being a serial dieter, stuck in a cycle of losing weight then gaining it back and some; I decided to investigate using a PT. When I first approached Ben, I wasn’t in the best place, I was living an incredibly unhealthy lifestyle that was having massive impact on both my physical and mental health.
I’ve always been reluctant to exercise, incredibly unfit and developing new aches and pains all the time. a gym environment was far too intimidating for me to even consider. Ben creates such a welcoming atmosphere and safe environment for his clients, enabling me to approach things at my own pace without fear of judgment, even surprising myself with what I’m capable and seeing tangible results in my fitness.
I’ve just completed my first 6 weeks with Body Transformers and feel a million times better for doing so! I’ve lost weight, but more importantly, seen vast improvements in my physical and mental health. I’d recommend BT for any ladies looking to improve their health & Fitness.

Ben makes each session fun and comfortable there’s so pressure to perform as his ethos is to go 0-10 rather than 0-100. There is a great support network and Ben really cares about his clients. I struggled with depression, maybe for longer than I think I did and I can say that since starting this program I have found enrichment and clarity, my dips in mood have been almost non existent. Before finding Ben at The Body Transformers I was your typical yoyo dieter, couldn't sustain it and would end up putting the weight (and more! ) back on. I was feeling fed up with not liking what I saw in the mirror but had no idea what to do. My friend was training with Ben and recommended him, and I'm so grateful to her. I've gotten great results mentally, I feel better and happier in myself already, but also physically. I struggled a little with controlling my calories, but after some advice from Ben, in the following two weeks I lost over 7 inches, which I wouldn't have thought was possible. I enjoy it so much, which is something I've never said/never thought I would say about training, that I've signed up for longer. Ben is a great trainer who is genuinely supportive and on hand to give advice where you need it. He's created a really comfortable and safe environment to work out in, which was important for me as a bigger lady. I was nervous on my first day, but even just 10 minutes in those were gone! When I stared the training with Ben I never thought I can lift so much of weight which I have not tried for couple of years due to my injuries. Ben has the ability to make exercising fun. He gave me the confidence to come out of that injury phase and enjoy doing exercise. I started feeling happy and energetic after exercising.
This would have not been possible without Ben . He devotes time to every individual, understands the limitations and works from there. I could see my progress as days passed and my energy levels didn’t fall at all. I was enjoying my sessions with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone who can see beyond the fads and wants real improvement in health, strength and stamina.

Before starting with The Body Transformers, I’d been really struggling to stay active and eat well, and felt constantly tired and unmotivated. I was worried before joining that I wouldn’t be able to make it to enough classes and would forget to track everything outside of training, but there were so many sessions at different times of the day that this was never a problem, and Ben sent regular check-ins so I found it easy to stick to my plan in regards to diet, daily activity & sleep. The physical results after 6 weeks were amazing; I lost weight and inches consistently, and my strength increased so much. I was shocked at what I was able to lift at the end compared to the beginning, and most importantly I can wear my summer clothes again confidently. The mental results have also been invaluable; my energy has increased, I’m sleeping better and generally feel more positive and confident, as well as motivated to keep myself accountable. I’ve tried a number of other programs/boot camps etc but this is by far the best, I’d strongly encourage anyone thinking about signing up to do it! More...

I joined Ben at Body transformers for the 6-week challenge as I was feeling disgusted with myself, my mental health was at an all-time low, and I wanted desperately to be healthier but thought i was now too obese to exercise without impacting my joints. I took Ben up on the challenge not totally believing i could exercise enough to make a difference, i have never been so glad to be proven wrong. During my 6 weeks, Ben has helped guide and support me, and helped me become stronger, i didn't realise how weak i had become from being inactive but now my muscles are strengthening and because of that i have the confidence to push myself and achieve more. I have lost weight, and inches and gained knowledge about how my body burns fuel, that i did not know. I urge anyone feeling unsure or downtrodden and not believing they can to give Ben a try, he motivates you, pushes you and i was worried about group classes but i prefer it now, i found myself looking forward to exercising, the classes are fun, the other women and Ben make the exercise flow quicker and you find yourself doing more and lasting longer than you thought you could. Before joining body transformers I was feeling unmotivated, overweight, unhealthy and had avoided stepping foot inside a gym since Covid.

Fast forward 6 weeks, I have lost weight and inches (which I’ve learnt is the important bit) my clothes feel looser and I feel physically and mentally better and who knew I’m actually enjoying the workout sessions.

Ben makes you feel comfortable, motivates you and the sessions are always good fun. It’s not as daunting as stepping foot into a big gym.

The weekly check in emails provides that extra level of support and guidance. If your thinking of joining then you won’t regret it! I have signed up to continue my weight loss journey with The Body Transformers! So thanks Ben!

I recently completed a 6 week challenge with The Body Transformers - Swindon and I must say that I had a brilliant experience with the menton Ben who goes above and beyond to make sure you are properly trained and looked after.
So it started with coming across a random Ad on Facebook and I thought I will give it a try as I seriously needed some motivation and accountability.
Though I was not 100% sure I would get it here but I still thought I have nothing to lose and I definitely made a right decision.
Extremely happy with how Ben trains you and also takes care of your well being. I never thought I could see so much of a positive change in my physical as well as mental health. I highly recommend him as I myself am getting registered with him for another six months programme.

I was feeling low on energy and very sluggish before I joined the program. It was great to get back into the sort of routine I didn’t have to think about following before COVID and this program has inspired me to keep it up. I definitely got stronger during the 6 weeks and it’s helped me to realise what I need to continue to work on to improve my health overall in the future. It has been a good reminder to me of what I’m capable of doing and that finding time to move must be a priority not a nice to have. It’s a great group to join – very friendly. Before joining the 6 week challenge, I needed an extra boost both physically & with my nutrition. I had done a lot of research so felt I had good awareness however I struggled to put it into practice. My clothes were tight, I was buying loose & big sized clothing to hide my body.

During the course of the 6 weeks with Ben my mental health has improved as I noticed more clarity in my thoughts, I had less “brain fog” thanks to both the physical & nutritional guides he put in place.
Physically I felt confident after week 3 where I really started to notice differences in my face, the feel of my clothes & my general activity levels had increased tenfold!!
I loved the fact Ben not only did a weekly check in he also always asked how we were doing & was available for any guidance!
Ben is one of the most kindest PTs I have ever come across & his genuine concern for my progression & well being was evident throughout the 6 weeks.

I have never been committed to a weight loss plan or diet but since starting here I have just finished my 6 week course 14inches smaller and 11lbs lighter.

With thanks to Ben at The Body Transformers who is super friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I met him, he is a great trainer. Any questions you have he is happy to answer and advise. He is knowledgeable and the passion he has for helping women change their lives, really shows.

He has not only taught me how to exercise and eat healthier but he goes above and beyond by showing a genuine interest in his clients well being. He has weekly check ins with his clients which happen via email, which can make it more convenient for you, and engages in genuine conversations with all of his clients in class.

He teaches you the correct way to use weights, so if your a complete beginner like I was, be assured Ben is completely knowledgeable of his job and knows how to show you correct positions and postures. He will also show you how you can exercise using your own body weight and will always ask if your comfortable and if you are not then he will help you with that. Ben will support and motivate you to reach your goals and if you are commited to them, then you will achieve them with his help.

I'm so happy I signed up I feel better about working out, more confident in myself and with a much clearer mind set, I have a better idea of how to set more realistic goals and accomplish them. I am so excited to continue training with Ben at The Body Transformers.

I took part in a 6 week transformation with Ben at the body transformers. I have always been interested in weight training but was so unsure where to start and nervous! But I can honestly say, this 6 weeks has been SO amazing!! I feel so much more comfortable training with weights and it's crazy to see how much you can improve in just 6 weeks, let alone where you will be in 6 months, a year and so on! I love the fact the classes are female only as this provides more comfort, all the women are great and Ben is so motivating but not a scary PT haha! I have just finished my first 6 weeks at The Body Transformers and what a great experience its been! I have never really weight trained before as I was unsure on where to start or what to do. In this short period of time, these sessions have given me the knowledge and confidence to progress further to get where I want to be. I came across The body transformers looking for ladies to take up a 6 week challenge of health, fitness and wellbeing. I thought why not, give it a go. I have never done anything like this before and did not know what I was letting myself in for but I can honestly say that my 6 weeks has been so amazing. Joining the Body transformers has taught me that I can find time for myself, I had always been too busy. I am in my late 50’s, putting on weight and generally feeling washed out.
From my very 1st session to my last I was made to feel so welcome by Ben and the other ladies in the group. Ben is a really lovely guy and a great trainer, the sessions are in small groups and all the ladies are there for the same reason so you never feel out of place. The banter is great and so much fun. I never thought I would be lifting weights or exercising at my age!!
The weekly check-ins are a great way for Ben to see my progress. Ben could see that I was not good at calorie counting and using the fitness app so he took the time to explain this and now I have such a better understanding. I will continue everything that Ben has taught me. I have lost a total of 6” and 6.6lb during my 6 weeks. I am very happy with these results and could not of done this without joining the Body Transformers.
If any ladies out there that that would like to be fitter and healthier then The Body Transformers is the place to go to. You will not be disappointed.

I came across the 6 week transformation on Facebook and contacted Ben for more information, we met up the following week and soon after I began the 6 weeks. I suffer with mental health issues and had been feeling very down and not happy about the way I look, I lost a lot of confidence and started to make a positive lifestyle change shortly before joining. During the 6 weeks I have lost over 20 inches, I haven’t weighed myself as I do not believe in scales as it can become quite tormenting and addictive so just measured myself instead and I am over the moon with my progress. The sessions are fun, enjoyable and I left each session feeling better than I did on the way in! I have built up strength and learnt many new forms and exercises during the 6 week challenge and I am so much more confident in how to take part/undertake weight training properly. I would like to thank Ben for all of the motivation, laughs, and progress I have made during the sessions and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lifestyle change. I’ve just completed my first 6 weeks with Body Transformers and in that short amount of time, my whole mindset of diet and exercise has completely changed. My results aren’t as drastic as some others but I have a lot of weight to lose and I’m in this for the long haul – the sustainability of the program is one of the biggest draws for me as I do still want to have fun and live my life too. Still, 12inches lost in 6 weeks is not to be sniffed at!

I have previously struggled with obsessing over weight/fitness and end up pushing myself so hard that I get injured and end up back at square one (or realistically step minus 5!) so this set up and the guidance on mindset, weekly check ins etc make this a format that really works for me. Before starting the program, I was feeling really down about myself and not showing my self and love at all.

The small size group sessions are great and there’s a good amount of banter between the hard graft which makes the sessions something to actually look forward to at the end of a hard day instead of something to dread or drag yourself to.

I’ve never enjoyed 121 training as I feel way too scrutinised – I will forever be haunted by a PT shouting in front of a crowded gym that I was the unfittest person they’d ever worked with and then pushing me so hard that I was being sick for three days. There’s no such worry with Ben – he’s realistic about what can be achieved and does push you, just not way past your limits to the point that it does more damage than good.

Larger group training has also never worked for me as I feel there’s no focus on form (so more injuries). Ben knows our past injuries, checking that we’re not aggravating them and will always spot our form to avoid new injuries coming up – it’s truly the Goldilocks effect, just the right amount!

I’m just getting started on this journey and I’m really happy to be continuing on. If you’ve seen the ads and not sure whether to take the leap, just do it – you won’t look back and there’s more than just the physical results to gain from it.

I wasn't sure what to expect I had tried most diets out there none really worked, I was nervous going to the initial meeting but Ben was so good and I felt really comfortable, I signed up for my 6 weeks, I managed to complete 2 weeks and felt amazing Ben was encouraging and made me feel I was achieving something being older and bigger then most at the class I was made to feel welcome by both Ben and the other lady's I never felt uncomfortable and was able to go at my pace saying that Ben made me push myself and I achieved more in those 2 weeks than I had ever done, unfortunately I then got covid and had some personal issues which meant I was unable to continue Ben was amazing and I really hope that 1 day I can go back and complete my 6 weeks, if you are just thinking about it please give it a go you will love it I'm sure

Where to even begin? Ben has totally changed my life, and that is no exaggeration. I’ve spent the last 10 years gaining weight, with zero motivation to lose it. I suffer from anxiety and PTSD and I comfort eat junk food. I don’t like leaving the house. I was afraid to try anything physical which isolated me from people and prevented me having a social life. I hated the way I look and was embarrassed to be seen. I was always tired, depressed and didn’t look after myself at all.

I’ve attempted a few ‘challenges’ over the years and usually give up by week 2. When I saw the 6 week challenge I thought why not, worst case I don’t lose anything and drop out. I didn’t expect that not only would I stick it out for 6 weeks, but that I would begin to LOVE it! I’m getting fitter, stronger, happier and healthier. By week 2 or 3 I knew I would stay on and become and long term client - I signed up to 18 months!

The classes are so much fun, with lots of banter between Ben and us ladies. Ben is so good at giving us all individual attention in the classes and he genuinely cares about our transformation. If I’m feeling down or struggling with something, Ben will call me and I always feel better after a chat, and especially after a session.

At the end of the 6 weeks, in addition to losing nearly a stone in weight and gaining a lot of physical strength, I’ve also gained confidence. I’ve regained a side to me I’ve not seen in nearly 2 decades due to my anxiety and PTSD. I’m trying new things - I climbed a mountain and went rowing - things I wouldn’t have done before. I’m eating so much better and learned so much about nutrition. I feel more energised, motivated, stronger, more confident, happier - the list of benefits is endless! All this in just 6 weeks, imagine what I can achieve in 18 months, that’s why I signed up.

What makes Body Transformers different to anywhere else is without a doubt Ben. I absolutely love him because he has had such a big impact on my mental health. He definitely goes above and beyond what other trainers have done for me in the past. You have a real support network with Ben and the other ladies here. I had been recommended the body transformers from a few friends, I had been feeling a bit lost and frustrated with my weight, as well as lacking motivation to get exercising, I’m so pleased I listened to the recommendations and signed up for the 6 week challenge! I’ve found the plan really easy to follow, it’s simple but effective and thanks to having accountability check ins with Ben I was determined to stick with it. I saw great results in the 6 weeks and I’m really happy with how I looked and felt by the end. Before joining the body transformers, I was at the biggest id ever been, I felt low about myself and very self conscious. I was eating too much probably as a comfort and I didn't really do any exercise .

I just thought there's no point constantly moaning to myself about it, I need to do something, its now or never.

I surprised myself by sticking to a programme, I did training sessions 3 times a week, at times I did have to force myself to go but once I had done each session, I felt good afterwards, so that motivated me to keep going.

I progressed a little each week so it wasn't all at once, I upped my water and steps each week so I didn't put too much pressure on myself.

I kept a log of my calorie intake each day which was easy to do once I got the hang of it and the best thing is I didn't have to give up chocolate! and believe me I'm a chocoholic! I did decrease my chocolate intake a little but still ate it daily aslong as I stayed within my calories, so I was happy with this.

I lost 12 inches in 6 weeks mainly around my waist and hips where I needed to lose it the most.

I've learnt so much, especially learning about all the fad diets and myths was really interesting.

I know this is just the beginning and I need to continue my journey, but I feel like I've learnt so much, learnt new habits and I feel confident to continue.
I feel fitter than I used to, my confidence is growing and I'm hoping this continues along with lasting results.

If your thinking of joining, then stop thinking and just join! what have you got to lose? Its one of the best things I've ever done. Its not always easy, believe me! changing your routine and habits, its difficult and ull have your ups and downs but believe me, its worth it.

When I came across the Body Transformers advert I wasn’t sure what to make of it as I’ve considered too many weird and wonderful things to drop some weight. During the initial meeting I decided to give the 6 weeks a go. What could I possibly lose, apart from a few inches maybe? Anything would be better than feeling yuck in my own skin.
Firstly, the 6 weeks just flew bye. Ben has the great ability to motivate you and give your absolute best no matter if it’s at 6am or 7pm. During sessions he made me feel proud of what I’ve achieved, whether it was lifting 2kg or 20kg. And after illness and finding it difficult to get back into the swing of things he took time for a chat and reassurance. All in all I dropped over 15 inches, but that is irrelevant in comparison to how I feel. I have more energy, more strength and just feel happier within myself. I went from being a total gym and weight avoider to looking forward to the sessions. I couldn’t recommend Ben more.

A fun and successful 6 week course!

I was a little skeptical at the begining when we were talking about losing 15lb or 15 inches in 6 weeks, but it does work. Its sustainable, fun and effective helping me understand how I can fit my lifestyle and weightloss together without having to change everything.

The sessions were a lot of fun as well as challenging. The small group size means you're not on your own, the other girls are always encouraging and supportive, at the same time you're not lost in the crowd, which can happen in the usual gym classes, so the guys can focus on you on an individual level as well.

I'd deffinately recomend it.

Six weeks ago I was feeling terrible about myself, the way I looked and the way I felt. Baggy clothes became a daily occurrence hiding my body away. I had no motivation to go to the gym or work out due to long working hours and wanting to spend what time was left with my family.
Fast forward 6 weeks and I can feel and see the change.
The support, knowledge and encouragement from Ben and self pride in my achievements and resulted in me dropping 12lbs and 17 inches. I feel fitter, stronger, healthier, clothes fit more comfortably and gained confidence in myself to continue my journey. The biggest change is the way I feel about myself. Yes it’s great to get complements from others but for me it’s about feeling good about myself. I’ve not worn a baggy jumper for weeks and feel confident stepping out in my gym kit.

I was a 22-year old in the gap year of my Business & Finance degree at Bournemouth University, and I was working in London for IBM. I never really knew what I wanted to do when I 'grew up, but I found my purpose in my early 20's very quickly. Whilst working in IBM who at the time was the top University placement company in the UK, I quickly discovered that I couldn't do office work for the rest of my life, and I needed something where I was interacting with people, being on my feet and helping them in some way. Unfortunately, as most people experience, there is often much unhealthy food with an office lifestyle, and I quickly became overweight and out of shape. I was unhappy, and my confidence had spiralled down. I felt lost and alone. I was always sporty when I was younger and had lost that when I started working in an office. I knew I had to change, so I hired myself a Transformation Coach and began my journey. I lost over 40lbs in 6 months and rapidly changed my body. I was lean, healthy and confident, and it felt excellent!

It was then that I realised that I need to help others feel this way, so I handed my notice in, dropped out of my University degree, moved back in with my parents and starting my Personal Training business from scratch.

It is one of the greatest moments in my life because I now feel that I have a purpose in helping others.

Because we offer what no other Personal Trainers in Swindon offer, there is a huge disservice that comes along with one-to-one personal training because they only focus on training and neglect the other three pillars of results: nutrition, mindset, and support, as I mentioned above. Training only accounts for around 20% of results, and there are people out there who only train 1 hour per week with their trainer and are then expected to do the rest on their own for a premium price of between £30-50p/h.

Instead, we focus on delivering all the needed pillars of service to ensure the absolute best results for our clients. The value of the service we offer would be too costly if they were to do it on a 1-1 basis. However, we train our clients in a small groups. Hence, it dramatically lowers the cost for them and gets them better results because we can afford to see our clients three times a week instead of once a week like most 1-1 PTs, so it's a 'no-brainer for them.

I've been a one-to-one personal trainer, and I know the level of disservice that comes with that line of work. Unless someone can afford the three sessions per week + a nutrition coach + a nutritionist, + support outside of sessions, they are destined to produce poor results by receiving poor service.
