Have been training with John for about 6 months. The training has been thoughtful, customized, consistent and most of all EFFECTIVE. The results have been tremendous. Overall fitness has improved dramatically, fat to muscle ratio has swung completely around.
Working out on my own for quite some time... Trust me working out with John is 10x more effective.
Highly recommend.

John is the "Real Deal" when it comes to customized personal training. His ability to tailor training sessions specific to your ability and goals is second to none. He can even tweek exercises to target muscles you never thought you had as well as ensuring you remain injury free. If your tired of being tired, and want to be stronger than your excuses...I highly recommend John. From my personal experience, I have obtained a lot of knowledge and techniques which will advance my life and fitness goals in general (correct form, accountability, nutrition and much more). There is nothing to lose, but so much to gain! John is very knowledgable and will work with you on your on & off days (questions, advice, nutrition, do's and don'ts and so forth).

A great experience and great support group!

I think its all about those small wins.. Before i started the program i stopped training consistently for 3+ months and without much intensity for 6 months due to a shoulder injury that really set me back. John provides a more unique approach towards training. the slow and methodical training doesn't provide quick visual results but the good part about it is that his training strengthens your muscles and muscles around it as a whole. So you can build yourself back up evenly. Its more about focusing on the muscle and not just pumping out reps.
Johns classes are high in energy and time flies in his class.
As of today Thanks to john I've gotten a kick start to my fitness and now i'm motivated and ecstatic to workout 4-5 times a week.
Would absolutely recommend for anyone. with or without an injury

I've worked with personal trainers in several countries in Europe and North America. They helped me make progress and not be bored at the gym doing the same things again and again. With John I achieved so much more: I was able to get my fitness to the next level. I did exercises I never thought I would be able to, and hence never did. I gained confidence. Services

Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) is a unique approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances, joint instability and limitations in range of motion within the human body. It is a non-invasive table-based technique, designed to balance the muscular system of people of all ages.

It is a unique systematic format used to “jumpstart” the muscles in order for them to function with maximum efficiency.

The key principles of MAT:

Muscle tightness is secondary to muscle weakness. This principle means that if you have tightness, it is because you have muscle weakness. You therefore need to ‘activate’ and strengthen rather than stretch.

The integrated system is only as good as the function of its isolated parts. This principle states that you are only as strong as your weakest link. Until you strengthen the weak links, through isolated challenge, the strong muscles will stay strong and the weak muscles will stay weak.

These classes are small intimate groups of up to 6-8 participants, focusing on squat, deadlift, bench press, pull-up and muscle specific exercises along with high intensity interval training.

The classes are purposely kept small so that we can tailor the exercises to the individual’s specific structure, joint limitations and skill level. This will maximise your experience and results.
