Carol is a gem. She goes above and beyond to ensure the big day is exactly what you envision. She is thoughtful, warm, organized, passionate and creative. She was communicative every step of the way by helping me select vendors, and she was readily available especially as things were ramping up. We had a 200-person wedding, 2 locations between ceremony and reception and thanks to her orchestration, we didn't miss a beat. I couldn't have envisioned the day without her. The day was absolutely stunning. If you're considering a day-of coordinator or planner, rest assured that Carol is irreplaceable. I really believe this store is great! The selection is awesome and more affordable than I expected since it's so fancy looking that it can definetely be even a little intimidating. However, the most remarkable was the costumer service. Katerina Toulopoulos was so great! She made me to try many dresses and always with such a positive energy! She mentioned somehting very wise, "I want you not to leave the store thinking you would have liked to try something else." Any bride appreciates that. I was so thankful to find a store with such a nice environment and a devoted assistance to find my dress. I got there without expecting I would find the one and La Soie Bridal surprised me! Best experience I had from all the big bridal stores in Sacramento! Olivia is amazing and knowledgeable, she gives her own professional opinion and also understands your own opinion and works around that. She's not pushy and doesn't act like she's pressed for time if anything. She gives as much time and options as desired. The store is amazing and the prices where much lower than I thought they would be when just coming in. I found my dress here and I would say this should be the first stop when looking for a dress and most likely might be the last. More...

Love the gowns but customer service in the store needs a major makeover. In most situations Brides have so much to do to plan their weddings so it is important for a vendor to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible.
This salon was nice and I loved the dresses but after the dress was ordered, everything went down hill. I was told my dress would arrive at one date only to be told something different after it was paid for. Then I asked my dress to be shipped, only to be charged a different fee than was originally discussed. Then, after all is paid for, it takes them DAYS to mail my dress! This was the last thing I wanted to stress over considering how I still needed to get it altered with only 5 weeks til my wedding and no dress in hand!
If you decide to go with this salon, make sure to have every word written down and documented. Also make sure to get frequent updates on the dresses arrival so they do not take your situation lightly and with a smile. Again, the dresses and customer service were nice before the sale, but afterwards it made me wish I had gotten my dress elsewhere.
