I have just spent the day doing the winter retreat day. beautiful location. met some really lovely people. Ana and Shelley were warm, inviting and so knowledgeable and engaging. very relaxed atmosphere. Wow! Completed the Family Wellbeing Day today- utterly fantastic! Anna and Shelley were knowledgeable, friendly, made us all feel relaxed and gave REAL solutions to the children's anxiety. All aspects were fun and deployed in a non-stressful environment, relaxed atmosphere and everyone felt comfortable. We came away armed and happy! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself. The relaxation course was fab loved every week even the art therapy session ( I'm not keen on drawing !) I would thoroughly recommend doing the course felt relaxed and chilled and learnt some useful technics !
