They helped us iron out some mistakes, found some credits we didn't know we had missed, and followed up with the IRS about our installment plan. Over the past 50 years I have had two accountants but found the need to move on to a third. I talked to Jenny over the phone before deciding to use her services. She was informative & helpful even though it was the tax season and never rushed to move on.
