I was treated to a spa afternoon tea by my friends for my 50th birthday and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the whole place is very clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi is wonderful, with a sauna too, plus lovely comfortable loungers to relax on. The staff are available if you need them, but do not crowd you. To make it even more special, you have exclusive use of the spa area, which makes the experience feel very luxurious. My friends and I would happily recommend The Beauty Island and are already planing our next trip! More...

I booked a last minute appointment for a wedding, and brought in a photo of what I was sort of hoping for. Everybody at the Beauty Island was so so kind and welcoming and I can say it was probably one of the best hair dressing appointments that I have ever had! My stylist (I’m awful, I don’t remember her name) did such a fantastic job! She, and everyone else, was just so friendly. The price was extremely reasonable (I’m used to being charged at least $10 extra for the amount of hair I bring, and thankfully they did not do that). Thank you everyone there for the experience!! Was there on the hen do package, we all had an amazing time. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the microsilk and hydrotherapy pool was spacious and the private area was nice and relaxing. Have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing experience at the Beauty Island. I can't express enough how amazing this place is. I booked for me and my two beautiful daughters, one being very heavily pregnant, to have a totally pampered experience, and the professional, friendly and talented staff definitely gave us that.My pregnant daughter was given extra special attention at all times and came away feeling like a million dollars. We all enjoyed the vintage tea with home made sandwiches and cakes. Totally delicious.Thank you ladies for making our experience so amazing and memorable. We had an extremely relaxing spa session with treatments and were most impressed with the attentive staff. The large private individual changing rooms which contained a shower and private use of the spa was excellent. Towels, gowns, slippers, shampoo and soap was all provided and even use of hairdryers and straighteners was available. A good selection of drinks were complimentary including fresh juices and teas. The only downside is the fact that there is nowhere to park within 15 minutes walk although this is not under the control of the spa but it is next to the mainline station. More...

We went for a couple's valentine's treatment which included a chocolate massage, facial and 2 hours of private spa time. I found the treatments very relaxing and my muscles still feel relaxed 2 days later.The private spa was what we were expecting, which was very peaceful and calming. My only complaints are that a shower after the spa was included in the time rather than extra, and there was a little green emergency light above my head in the massage that almost ruined the mood.I would like to visit again. Me and my friend Had the most amazing experience, the spa area was booked out for us so we had privacy and was able to really enjoy our spa experience without having to share the space with others. I had my first hot stone experience and my goodness was it an incredible experience, I then had a facial which was wonderful way to finish of my day. I'd like to thank the beauty island sanctuary for the most amazing spa day I could wish for. My partner booked a spa package for me for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I'd feel special on my b'day. I had the best massage of my life - full body and face including scalp - with Ewelina, who was very sweet and professional, made me feel welcome and relaxed. She then stayed past her working hours to give me a very professional and delicate manicure. I can't thank her enough.
