My hair for my wedding was PERFECT. Yahaira worked wonders, and I cannot thank her enough for making this part of my wedding 100% stress free. Not to mention she'll keep you laughing the entire time and keep things light; she's used to working with brides so bridal stress is not new to her. I simply showed her a couple pictures of things I liked (I only had very general ideas of what I liked) and she turned it into something perfect for me. Yahaira also listens to you throughout the entire process - not liking something? no problem; want to adjust something? of course. I had compliments all night, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I would definitely recommend going the trial route as well, as that made everything go SO smoothly on your big day. I've been seeing Lori now for several years so when she moved to The Beauty Box, naturally I followed. The salon is airy, beautiful and convenient. The staff is gracious and accommodating. And what can I say about Lori? When I came to her, my color was a wreck, my hair was damaged and I had trouble growing it because of that. I've been coloring my hair with Amanda for three years in a row and never disappointed. She is amazing. I am from Spanish descent and my hair tends to turn orange when colored but Amanda knew from the first time how to treat it. I can’t speak highly enough about The Beauty Box! I arrived feeling blah ( my hair had been really neglected - mostly my own doing - by trying to color it myself). I left with hair that shimmered and looked healthy. The highlights were so natural looking, they even brightened my face and complexion. The transformation was amazing. Gina is a magician. She listened to what I wanted, and I could tell that she really cared about getting the color right... Everyone at this salon was warm and friendly, and I could see that they all took time and made sure that their clients were happy and looking fantastic when they left. I went in for a Groupon for a single process color. Prompt, courteous attention, in a pristine environment. A consult with Danielle was fantastic. What a great, knowledgeable colorist, and sweet person. When I made my appointment I said no to a blow out, but after a blustery cold week, I knew I wanted one when I went in. No problem. That's when I also met Lindsey. Another sweet, knowledgeable person. My gut told me this team was for me. The results are great, and I made my next appointment with both stylists for color and cut before I even left the salon! Mind you, I live and can walk to great salons in White Plains, but will be taking the easy drive to Rye from here on in! More...

I came in this past Friday for an appointment after seeing such awesome Groupon deals they provided. Me being unsure & less than articulate with what exactly I wanted to do with my hair, Danielle spoke with me for nearly 20 minutes about everything to do with hair coloring from tones to techniques-the whole Rolodex of options. She was incredibly knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! I have a thick mass of hair to deal with but she made sure to take her time and give me exactly what I wanted (or decided I wanted thanks to her helpful input). She was brilliant with tone and diluting the brassiness that seems to plague all blondes.

I didn't give this review the full 5 stars because of the minor challenges I faced after booking my appointment. However, the staff was super friendly (especially Emma) and made me feel comfortable and happy with my decision to purchasing a Groupon for the salon. Maria was my hairdresser and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairdresser. She did a phenomenal job on my color and balayage. Amazing! I went there today to have balayage and treatment. Blonde color is immaculate. Lauren gave the best haircut I have ever had, and Missy is an amazing and patient colorist! They are all so detailed, friendly and accommodating. This is really a great place for anyone looking for a reliable and go to Salon that they can make their permanent spot. I really like the Beauty Box. The Salon has a NYC Vibe. The Staff is young and talented. I go for Color and I am a challenge. I am a Blonde .I am also pretty demanding ( I must admitt). I had an amazing experience at The Beauty Box. The atmosphere is great .. elegant and trendy. The staff are very friendly, and talented. I received an amazing shampoo, and color service was on point! This was my first time coming here, and I can officially say that I FINALLY FOUDN MY HAIR GIRL. Amanda was amazing. She has never touched my hair before and was able to tell by looking at it, exactly what I needed to do. She listened to my wants for color, and it came out WAYYYYYYY better than I thought it was going to come out!
