Christine is such an amazing lady who has helped me weekly for the past 6 weeks in order to overcome needle phobia. After having my last session on Friday I was able to go the dentist today and have an injection without passing out and managed to stay (mainly) relaxed throughout the process.
Christine not only helped with my needle phobia but also gave me confidence within myself by talking about my feelings, thoughts and emotions each week.

I went to Christine for a few issues mainly relating to anxiety and fear of flying. I’d let my fears hold me back and had never flown before but decided that as my children were getting older I wanted to give them new experiences. Thanks to Christine I managed to do this by taking them to Lapland in Nov 2017! I found the hypnotherapy incredibly helpful and actually managed to enjoy my flying experience. I went to see Christine for insomnia and sleep anxiety and I’m so pleased with the results after a weekly course of around 10 sessions. I’m sleeping much better again now and plan to maintain the results with a monthly session. Would definitely recommended Christine as a hypnotherapist to anyone seeking help with any issue. More...
