Lovely hotel, very spacious & clean room. The pool & health suite were great, excellent food & extremely friendly & helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

I cannot praise Mandy and the staff at The Beaches highly enough. We had our wedding there last Sunday 6th May and it was perfect from beg to end. We had a four night break here and our wedding. Lovely hotel on the beautiful coast, serving delicious fresh food. Staff are amazing and nothing was to much for them, each and every one of them went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was the best it could be. Can't wait to stay again x

Had a lovely stay and made to feel welcome. From the day I phoned to the day we left the staff was amazing my mum is majority blind and with guide dog they had no problem and took extra care we would come back again. I'm a local and I love The Beaches Hotel. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The food is always spot on! The Afternoon Teas are spectacular. We hired almost the entire hotel for 5 days for work and I cannot fault the hotel or staff. We were working 24/7 and we were looked after the whole time. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and knew most of our names after the first night. Due to the nature of what we were doing and the set up we needed, function rooms were moved and food service was moved too. The Beaches couldn't have been more accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a work conference (however long it may last) as they will handle everything, but your work, for you. Great place and thank you to Sacha and the team. Lovely hotel in a nice tranquil part of North Wales. Great food and adequate leisure facilities. The only complaint I have is that when our reservation was booked we weren’t told that a wedding was booked. On arrival we were told and advised it wouldn’t affect us. However the DJ was still banging tunes out late and there were a lot of drunken disputes and domestics outside our window at the front of the hotel keeping both me and my 9 year old daughter awake. So whilst the hotel was great the clientele were a lot to be desired and ruined a nice night. We would book again though. More...

We had the best time. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a right laugh with them.The room was clean and the facilities were perfect. The menu was extensive and of a very high standard. We treated ourselves to afternoon tea on our last day, which we would highly recommend. Our room wasn't the biggest, but that was my fault not the hotels and next time i will contact the hotel directly and not go through a booking agency....and there will definitely be a next time! � More...

I cannot praise this Hotel and its staff enough, we are regular customers as we live near , my husband is disabled and every staff member offers us fantastic customer service, we booked afternoon tea to- day for my husbands birthday with some of the family, and as always the food was lovely, they made it so special for us with a beautiful birthday cake and gifts , which brought tears to our eyes, every member of staff make this hotel a very special place , so Thank-You each and every one of you xx

We've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times we found the staff are really friendly on the desk and in the bar n restaurant. they will do anything to make your stay happy n comfortable rooms are lovely and clean and have would benefit from a small fridge to put our water in .the views and sun sets are great to sit out side with a drink n watch the sun go down.keep up the good work.we will be bk soon. Just back from a 5 day stay which included a wedding. Fantastic venue. Staff very friendly and helpful, made us all feel very welcome. Room was spacious and spotless. Had my surprise birthday party here
on arrival the staff said 'a table for four' which is what i was expecting, and they took me to a room which had my family in, so all was very discreet until the last moment
we were put on a table made to fit the whole family around and the service was very good
the waiter, however, was the best part about the experience at the beaches, he was extremely talkative to everybody there, very attentive and generally a nice guy

Very small room but clean and tidy. Breakfast lovely as were staff. Ordered ham hock....bit disappointing as the meat was very tough so ate the veg etc that was lovely. Business trip

Just spent the 1 night on a half board basis. First impressions were not good. On arrival (as others had pointed out) the hotel reception carpet was all over the place. Have never seen anything like that before ! It made me sea sick looking at it as it was so wavy. Anyway the receptionist was on the phone so stood and waited. As I did so there was someone behind the reception who swore. I couldn't see who it was and it didn't bother me but someone else might have been very offended to hear that !

Anyway the check-in was swift and we got our key. On the way up to the room I laughed at the state of the carpets. WOW they must be really old to be worn and stained like that. Thankfully our room was spot on. It looked like it had been recently refurbished and we had an excellent view from it (see picture). Our evening food was booked for 8pm and we were promptly shown to our seats. I would like to say that Geoff (jeff) who served us was absolutely great. If I owned a restaurant I would want HIM serving my customers. He really was perfect. The food was also very good and there were no complaints. The breakfast the following morning was also good with no hick-ups.

During checkout they did somehow manage to add £8 to our bill for no reason and this was later dismissed as a computer glitch and a refund given.

Overall I would stay at this hotel again as its in a perfect location for a walk to Rhyl (4 miles away) with good food and service. More...

Window could only be open to the maximum unless you could trap it with something.

The staff first and foremost were friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is basic; ticked all the boxes for a clean and very pleasant place to stay, just needs some minor improvements/upgrading (like the lift and signage).
