This is very good BBQ. We were at Hendersonville Hospital with a family member. We decided to try The Beached Pig truck sitting out front. It was very tasty and tender. One thing that really stood out to us was that they were so friendly and down home people. Mother and son worked to make you happy and feel you were a special customer. We went just inside the hospital to eat our meal and people walking through, practically every one of them, commented on the wonderful aroma of the BBQ and we told them it was very good and hopefully we sent some customers their way. As we were leaving, we went past the truck again to tell them about the people's reactions to the aroma. Another note that was impressive, actually two things, when we went back out, he remembered my husband's name, Joe, and talked to him like an old friend. Also, my husband noticed a sign up in his truck and commented to the owner that he liked it. It was a Bible verse from Luke, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". It's good to see that people still recognize the Bible. So, all the way around, this was a good experience with a food truck that was special. Hope to get to try them again. Good job, you two! They love what they do and it shows.

We love The Beached Pig. Billy and Tina are awesome! So super sweet. Great neighbors and so glad to say they are from Hendersonville, TN. The service can not be beat. Oh and the food - soo yummy! Our whole family loves it. The BBQ sandwiches are terrific as well as the Pork Tacos but my fav is the brisket tacos with the mango salsa and fresh avocado! Last weekend we had to make a U-Turn when we saw them on main street and cancelled our original lunch plans. Seriously, you do not want to miss this food truck and catering company! More...
