The house was gorgeous, spotlessly clean with great amenities and stacks of room with nearly all the rooms having en-suite favilities outside is great with a hot tub and car parking I’ve been on many hen do’s and can honestly say this is the best house I’ve stayed in by far! It’s in the best location right on the seafront with magnificent views of the sea and only a 20 min walk to the pier, which was lovely as the marathon was on. I would recommend this house for a hen do or even families with young children! Great customer service who were at the end of the phone if we needed any info or queries. Will definitely be back soon I better summertime would be incredible!! More...

Where do I start - the location is just perfect it's right on the seafront with amazing sea views we all took lots of selfies and they look fab with the beach huts and sea in the background! There are some great bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We strolled along the seafront to Brighton Pier which took us just 20 mins Brighton is such a vibrant City. There is a big lagoon along the way and some of my guests tried the water skiing and sailing. Then we all come back and had a lovely warm soak in the hot tub on the terrace which had LED lights and a blue tooth speaker the garden furniture was fab and plenty for us all to chill out and have fun. The house is set away from the neighbours so noise was not an issue. We stayed at the Beach House to celebrate my 40th birthday. There was 26 of us. The house is huge it' was just like having your own private hotel. It was spotlessly clean with every amenity to make our stay just perfect. The beds were super comfy plenty of space to all get ready as all but 2 of the rooms had ensuite facilities. Most of the rooms had spectacular views. The reception rooms are beautiful with a huge dining room which seated all 26 of us on the bench seating we had ordered a take away from a nearby Italian restaurant which was 5*.I could go on and on about this place it really is amazing and the photos just don't do it justice - the customer service was also first class!
