Absolutely delighted with the customer service and attention to detail from Raf and his team.The bathroom suite is beautiful and the cabinets are so well made and I chose Lagoon blue with a bit of sparkle and everyone comments on the beautiful colour. I am having my en-suite done soon and I will definitely be back. Nothing was too much trouble even just to order two extra shelves. I would recommend and have already to my friends and family. I was really pleased with the choice of products at the Bathroom House and found them very competitive. I dealt with Raf who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was no high pressure sales, just a genuine desire to get things right. When an honest mistake regarding the delivery happened, Raf immediately went the extra mile to sort it out without me having to ask or be embarrassed in any way.I couldn’t be happier with the service, price and quality that I received from the Bathroom House.
