Shiatsu Therapist
Shiatsu is a hands-on therapy that follows similar principles to acupuncture (but with no needles) and is relaxing, gentle and nurturing. The treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs and works by helping the body to restore balance.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is an oil massage which works by applying slow strokes and deep pressure to help alleviate chronic muscle tension, relieve pain, increase blood circulation and aid relaxation.
