My mum & I floated out of the Atman centre yesterday after the most fabulous Mother’s Day treatments. Staff were so kind & welcoming, Maggie tailor made treatments to our individual requirements, using beautiful oils & ensured we were completely relaxed. Yesterday I joined others for yoga with Evangeline and a treatment with Sukhada. Both were very enjoyable. Atman centre just lovely. There is a pilates teacher too and a great physio lady going to be there aswell. I was pleased to see good,professional,experienced therapists that I knew , employed here. They have a lot of experience which is important I believe. Will certainly be returning for yoga classes as soon as the timetable is available. More...
