Really bad communication as if they didn't care.Half the time they didn't ring you back so you constantly had to chase them up. Paying for a service but you feel they are happy for you to pay your fees but not give you the time.My advise would be to avoid and look at more customer friendly services. More...

The most unresponsive and unprofessional Law firm I have ever dealt with. To be told to find another solicitor after an official complaint was submitted instead of dealing with the matter in-house. Customer care and quality of service clearly means nothing. Equality and Diversity also means nothing, the expectation is that all applications forms are standard and to be understood by all, not taking into account, some customers may have learning difficulties and could need additional support which by the way is only available after days of emailing.
