We stayed with our toddler. Very pleased to see such a huge bed! Comfortable stay with all the amenities we needed. We also booked in for breakfast. I stay here fairly regularly as we have an office nearby. Rooms are clean, warm, well appointed - most have an iron, or trouser press, and kettle. All the rooms I have stayed in are well sound-proofed, so no disturbances mean a good night's sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful, full English breakfast is locally sourced and delicious. Off street parking so great for business people. I actually look forward to staying here. More...

I use 7 other venues and straight away the Angel is up there as one of the best. Just had 4 nights in a lovely big converted stable block. So comfortable I could have stayed longer ! Great walk in large shower just lacking a grab rail. Beautiful luxury white towels ! Friendly staff and great breakfasts. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels throughout the world and this definitely compared well. M H is a lovely town with great shops. Also lovely walks and places to visit ! Will certainly be back to The Angel ! More...

Nice place for a quick stay and really good breakfast. There are a choice selection of bars and restaurants near by if you fancy something different but what I seen from the hotel it looked like they done good food there too.
