The Amaranth

I recently moved in and The Amaranth is amazing!  The location is fantastic on a quiet tree lined street steps from Cheesman and Congress parks and overlooking the beautiful Botanical Gardens.  The rooftop lounge has fantastic mountain views and is a great place to spend time.  And the gym is far superior to that found in most apartments with enough equipment and space so that there is no need for a separate membership.  Most importantly, though, the people are great here, both other residents who are very friendly and the fantastic staff who make living here fun and easy. We picked the Amaranth for the location and because we have a dog, but we've had a great experience all around.  We really love living here.  The office staff Rob and Alex make things seamless and go out of their way to take care of everything we could need from the coffee and snacks in the common area to bringing mail into our apartment when we've gone out of town, they've been great!  The on-site maintenance man Fernando is wonderful and has knocked out all our requests the day we've made them.  The saltwater hot tub on the roof with lovely mountain views doesn't hurt either.  If you're looking for a great spot without having to worry about upkeep, this is your place. There is no better apartment complex in Denver!  This place is perfectly located near Cheeseman park and right next to the Botanical Gardens.  The units are spacious and have the greatest detail.  They building is filled with much appreciated luxuries, like underground parking, a top notch gym, and beautiful communal areas on the ground floor and rooftop where you can gather with great neighbors for football watch parties, relax in the hot tub, or share a steak and wine while watching the sunset.  Rob and his team will bend over backwards to help you get settled in and ensure any issues you have are taken care of immediately.  The units are incredibly quiet.  You may hear a little sound from the hallway as people pass by, but from wall to wall, it is SILENT!  If you're a dog owner, this place is for you!  We make liberal use of the dog washing station after our pup goes nuts on nearby mountain hikes.  Can't say enough good things about the Amaranth! We just moved into the Amaranth a few weeks ago.  This is by far the nicest apartment complex we have ever lived in, and the nicest one we looked at in Denver.  Management is super nice and on top of it, they go above and beyond to help make the Amaranth feel like home.  The amenities are always clean and maintenance responds quickly to requests.  The building has a mix of very friendly people.  Our apartment is very quiet, haven't heard a peep through the walls.  Also, great location, right next to Cheesman Park and the Botanical gardens! Living in Amaranth was a great experience. I move around a lot for work and have dealt with several different living situations. Amaranth was easily one of the best I've found. From the very beginning, I had a short window to move in and the staff was very accommodating. I frequently had family visting from out of town and the guest suite made it easy for them to stay close. The rooftop common area is awesome and was a great spot to hang out, BBQ and enjoy the beautiful Denver summer nights. Access to the Botanical Gardens is a huge bonus! More...

We feel fortunate to be renting a wonderful apartment at the Amaranth. We have a glorious northeast view, meaning our mornings are welcomed by fantastic sunrises.  Add to this, the building is extremely well maintained and the community management team is immediately and effectively responsive. I have to echo everyone else's comments about the Amaranth being the best apartment complex the've lived in. Over the past three years I have moved around Denver four times, I have lived in or visited most of the comparable complexes in town--and as far as apartments go, I really have to give it to the Amaranth. From the handwritten welcome notes to me AND my dog and so much more...Heather, Bree, and Melanie really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Everyone that lives in the community takes care of the building and wants a nice place to call home. This is the first place that I actually want to stay the entire term of my lease, and hopefully longer.  Karl and the maintenance team are also super awesome! One block to Cheeseman Park, Congress Park, and the Denver Botanic Gardens...you can venture a few more blocks to be close to the best of Denver. More...

In three years I have lived in three apartment complexes.  I finally found my home.  First, because unlike most new construction in Denver, it has concrete and concrete equals no noise from your upstairs, downstairs, or next door neighbors. Ah the sound of silence, Second, the property management team is responsive, communicates, throws a great party and maintenance is superb. Third, great location. Fourth, Botanic Gardens are great neighbors. Fifth, everyone living here seems to care about the building. Yes, the bathrooms are a bit small but turns out that isn't a big deal. Grown-ups! More...

It is truly as good as it gets !! I have lived in apartment complexes for the past seven years and all of them have been nice cozy places to live in. However amaranth clearly rules the roost. It is by far the best complex I have ever lived in. Firstly it is a new construction and well situated in the heart of denver. It is close to whole foods and the cherry creek mall (less than a mile away). The apartments have all the modern amenities including a charging station, valet trash removal service and a washer and dryer in unit. The leasing managers and maintenance staff are very friendly, pleasant and always willing to help. My neighbours are very nice and friendly as well. We have people from all walks of life and that kind of makes it a healthy melting pot. To have the botanical gardens right next door is the icing on the cake. I love it !!! More...

This is by far the best apartment and apartment community I have ever lived in.  It has so many amenities, the apartment managers are nice and helpful, and it is a wonderful community with genuine and nice people.  It is a social place.  We have gone out to dinner, met in the lounge to have a potluck, met in the lounge another time to chat. It is definitely a place to meet new friends.  Also, it is one of the only or few brand new construction apartments in Denver.  There is a washer & dryer in each apt., dishwasher, and beautiful brand new space.  I love to cook and now have the perfect brand new kitchen.  There are many other amenities such as a new workout facility, a room for yoga/bike classes, free coffee and tea area, gas fireplace in the lobby.  There will be a wonderful rooftop with hot tub, fire pit, and kitchen area.  My apartment also has a beautiful porch.  The beautiful Botanic Gardens are right next door!  To view pictures and apartment community:amaranthdenver.com11th Avenue and Gaylord Street 2190 E 11th AvenueDenver, Colorado 80206(877) 315-5380 More...
