We had the most delicious 4 course meal at Pink Peppercorn Food Co’s pop-up at the Ginhaus Deli in Llandeilo last evening. So much attention to detail, beautiful plates, fabulous local ingredients sustainably sourced. Every dish blew us away frankly and we can’t wait for the next opportunity to eat Alex’s and the Pink Peppercorns food again. I keep having food daydreams today when trying to work. Thank you all. I went for the rarebit potatoes at Abergavenny food festival , and was not disappointed the quality of ingredients and flavours were amazing better quality than most restaurants I've been to , was not expecting this kind of quality from a food truck , I can see why these guys win so many awards, great effort guys can't wait until my next visit

We used pink peppercorn for our wedding . These guys are truly amazing . We were invited for a food tasting to they’re home , they were super inviting and we loved the food they gave us . They served the main course and the evening food . The beef brisket was to die for and the dirty potatoes and the mac and cheese was the best we’ve ever tasted . We are massive foodies and we were really impressed . Our 125 day guests and 200 evening guest haven’t stopped complimenting on the food . They truly made our day complete . Thanks so much guys . Excellent! Wife had the saltmarsh lamb and I had the beef brisket cawl. Both were exquisite. We shared the brioche and stewed apple dessert which was nice but would have better with more apple and less brioche. GOOD LUCK with the awards!
