The "Filly"- flatbread sandwich with variety of meat and veggie options. The "Diggity Dog"- a gourmet beef frank wrap
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We start with a free consult by phone or at location of event.
We will go over details and provisions. We will discuss your desires, needs and special interests. We will discuss menu options and costs. We will set up reservation and planning for event. We will have a follow up meeting to discuss final details and changes or concerns either party may have.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the creative aspect of what we do and love being part of events that create memories. The positive responses from the service we provide isn't too bad either.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I really enjoy cooking and eating food. I wanted to own a restaurant but felt I needed to understand and experience the industry first hand. Ten years later, after learning from trained Chef's, Catering and Chef-ing at a fishing lodge in Alaska, I ventured out on my own. Now we are doing things our way with the understanding of what is desired of quality and service from both prospectives.

I take pride in quality and service, both in what I expect and what we provide. I understand the importance of a service that can be taken for granted but usually has a lasting impression. My job is to enhance the experience the client wants to provide.
