Started in 2000, we have had the privilege to feed over 100,000 guests a year in hundreds of events each year. From Weddings to Corporate events, we have served as few as 5 guests to as many as 10,000 at one time. Each event is special and unique in its own way and we take pride is providing great food and great customer service, each and every time.

I called Jerry last minute to cater a 250 people order. He offered the lowest rates and created a dinner that was completely personalized. He responds very quickly to emails and phone calls..and no matter how many times you bug him he answers with a cheerful tone! I cant wait to taste the food that he brings. What’s your signature dish?
Our Mesquite Tri-Tip and Citrus Chicken are crowd favorites but we can do just about anything you desire.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We find that perfect recipe that combines the customers ideas, budget, and desired level of service to offer the right Menu choices.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing happy guests come back for seconds (and thirds)!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to feed the masses and spend more time with my children.
