What do you love most about your job?
My job is my passion and I love helping others. I have a great desire to want to help by showing empathy and compassion and helping my clients to be comfortable and being able to meet daily activities of living. My Job forces me to be responsible and to grow beyond skills as a Lone worker, setting me to be a better person and our Company becoming a better Company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business I love being appreciated and being valued after genuinely helping people, adding value to our community and I have a great degree of control with my work and everyone I work with shares the same vision. My business challenges me to grow by allowing me to work hard and it fits my personality as I enjoy working with people and helping people. My business allows me to be with my clients as per agreed times and it balances my work and private life as I value my clients and their families. I love the ability of looking back and seeing job satisfaction at the end of the day, end of the year and end of my life seeing the value of doing the work I love.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a team of very experienced nurses and support workers who are trust worth, previously NHS workers, who can work without anyone looking over our shoulders and can complete all tasks given. Our services are Person Centred and we involve our clients in planning their care. We are good communicators, honest and polite. We enjoy working and helping people and completing our tasks. We will try and involve other multidisplinary teams like GPs, Social Workers, Occupational therapist, Day centres e.c.t. so that our clients will not miss out on their needs.

Our Services are rendered to clients living in the comfort of their homes. We will do call visits every day and provide with the required needs. Others services we offer are taking our clients for their appointments, day centres and Living-In services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Staff are well trained in Infection Control Including Covid-19. We use private transport to minimise infections and we try and keep one to two staff members per client to avoid cross infection. We keep stock of PPE at our clients houses for use each time we render our services and no staff is allowed to enter a client house without full PPE.

Copthorne Complete Home Care Ltd offers living-in Services to Clients in need.
Domiciliary and Home Care Services
We do Personal Care services which are person centred, medications, wound dressings, peg feeds and colostomy care. We assist with house cleaning and shopping.
Accompanying for Hospital appointments / GP appointments
Assisting clients to attend their appointments by accompanying them, staying with them during appointment time and taking them back to their home
Shopping, Social outing or just going for a walk
Assisting or accompanying clients to be able to meet all their daily activities of life
