Kev is an absolute superb trainer in Muay Thai and many combat sports. Patient, honest and unbelievably knowledgeable. His additional experience in sport psychology and positive mindsets means he knows how to get the best from his students regardless of age and experience. This gym is perfect for authentic traditional Thai boxing, fitness classes, strength and conditioning. With both male and female coaches it makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I have been training at Thaitans almost a year now, my one regret in life is not starting this a lot sooner!! Everyone involved with the club are great people an will really push you to get were you want to be weather that be fighting or just for fitness, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
