I know Atilla for few years now and occasionally I trained with him on his seminars about Thai Boxing and strength training with kettlebells. I joined the club in February and I never looked back. I tried the kettlebell seminar more than a year ago. I never liked before weight training but this so different. You can feel all your body is working.
