This October2018 will be my third 8week transformation with Travis. At first I couldn’t barely get through his workouts. I was also struggling with my weight plateauing at 315lbs. He has worked with me on making my muscles stronger while teaching me proper nutrition. It is a slower rate of weight loss, but I’m ok with that bc I know that as I lose the weight, I’ll be able to keep it off. I’m currently at 293lbs (down 22lbs) and hustling harder than I ever have, and I owe it to Travis’s guidance and motivation. I've been helping people with fitness as a certified personal trainer ever since I was 20 years old and through my professional corporate years as a fitness manager and health promotion coordinator as a civilian with the Department of the Army.

My programs are designed for your convenience to be a part of your life, not to control your life. The end goal is to have each client establish and sustain self-reliance.

Your program can be completely remote, partly remote, outside (COVID), Solo with check-ins via my APP, or hybrid.
