Tom and his team were really pleasant people. They arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble. We had some old dead conifer trees to be removed and replaced with new fencing. They worked really hard and we were so pleased with the results. They also made an excellent job of fitting the fencing to a very difficult narrow entrance behind the garage and left everything very clean and tidy. They were due to complete the work in two days, but they knew the weather wasn't looking good for the second day, so they worked on longer to complete the work in one day (they were very thoughtful and did not want to trample mud over our new drive). Tom & Brendan installed a new garden fence for me at the end of June 2020. They did an excellent job removing the old fence and replacing it with a new one being both quick and efficient. I am very pleased with the new fence and both Tom & Brendan worked very hard to clear the garden and left everything neat and tidy when they left. From start to finish Tom & Brendan were professional and knowledgeable. Originally quoted back in February before being thrown into Lockdown. Tom kept in touch over the next few months and was able to complete the work in June....with no increase in cost. l would highly recommend Tom and Brendan , lovely guys polite and hard working ,they cut back our huge tree and replaced our fence with a gate also and maximised the space as we requested as it was a difficult job due to stream at the back ,very pleased with their work .

Hugely impressed with their work in replacing four fence panels and posts which were destroyed in the January storms. TF Trees were really committed to completing the job, despite the issues created by the Covid-19 pandemic. They provided excellent advice and carried out the job perfectly. TF Trees were wonderful! We decided to use a tree surgeon to take a rather large eucalyptus tree out of the back garden of our new home for fear of braking our neighbour's fences etc. if we tried. We genuinely thought they would need access to a neighbour's property or that the parts of our garden we had planted would be sacrificed but Tom managed to remove the tree in sections within about 9 square metres underneath the tree, as he said he would in the quote visit he did for us.

Him and his colleague tidied everything up nicely, were polite and knowledgeable, and worked really efficiently and safely. It was like watching a super hero move, the way that Tom worked among the branches! I noticed a lot of neighbours were admiring his workmanship too.

He even helped us get a couple of bits cut for some friends who wanted flat pieces of the main trunk. Tom was also going to donate some other bits of our tree to a special needs school for their new eco-friendly playground, demonstrating that Tom and TF Trees are also a keen members of our community, which made us like him and his business even more.

Due to the Covid19 situation we had to wait sometime for these guys to come and put new fences and a gate in our garden, but it was well worth the wait. Very professional and friendly.
Tom called and came to quote the same day. I didn’t have an idea how much work was required but he explained clearly what was required and that a lot of work I thought was needed wasn’t actually required, which was very honest of him, as he could have recommended more work and i would have been none the wiser.
