He was very patient with me on the phone as we discussed several areas of concern. David and his team could not have been nicer. I needed a customized stainless steel cooker to deep fry 16 turkeys at a time. In the scope of things I would think this was a small order for them. But they made me feel like I was family and did an outstanding job. The quality was top notch! The price was fair. The service and attention to detail was perfect. I then went back with a second order of additional customized pieces. They even had suggestions for me on how to improve what I was needing. Yes, they went way beyond the call of duty.
