I met Terry before Christmas, enjoyed the little trial I had with him, so went for a collection of PT sessions. I was a complete newbie and he was great at developing sessions that improved my confidence, fitness and strength. Since finishing the PT sessions, he’s also been helpful with occasional advice when I see him in the gym. He’s really nice guy, always fun to work with and really encouraging, so highly recommend. I have been training with Terry for the past 6 months – it has been a great experience. He is a very genuine guy whose professionalism makes him a joy to work with. I started training with a lower back injury – gradually through specific core focus Terry has aided my rehabilitation to the point where I am injury free. He makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding through a variety of different workouts. I have been training with Terry for the last 3 months, he is a fantastic Trainer, i really did struggled at first and felt like giving up, Terry was patient, kind and very understanding in every way. I have lost just under 2 stone at the moment thanks to the hard work and dedication Terry has given me. Terry trains my partner Jon and I. We want to be in great shape for our wedding, and so far Terry hasn't disappointed! He's professional, hard-working and courteous, and a genuinely all-round nice guy. Workouts tend to focus on specific areas of the body at a time, with nothing left out, ensuring we get fitter and stronger in a way that suits our bodies and meets our goals.
