I met Terry before Christmas, enjoyed the little trial I had with him, so went for a collection of PT sessions. I was a complete newbie and he was great at developing sessions that improved my confidence, fitness and strength. Since finishing the PT sessions, he’s also been helpful with occasional advice when I see him in the gym. He’s really nice guy, always fun to work with and really encouraging, so highly recommend. I’m looking forward to when I’ll next be available to get some more sessions booked! More...

I trained with Terry for 2 years at his previous gym and his professional training & nutritional advice achieved some really good results. My blood sugar normalised, my cholesterol fell my blood pressure was controlled and my weight fell by 12kg. Since choosing Terry Walpole I have not looked back. Nothing is boring, and any wobbles in confidence easily handled by Terry's encouraging & motivating style. It's still weird to say it, my friends think I've lost the plot but I really do look forward to each training session.

Flexibility, fitness, strength and day to day energy are gradually improving. My BP is down, confidence up, posture improved. Its been a superb investment so far, and I see nothing changing in my review of this professional service.

I have been training with Terry for the past 6 months – it has been a great experience. He is a very genuine guy whose professionalism makes him a joy to work with. I started training with a lower back injury – gradually through specific core focus Terry has aided my rehabilitation to the point where I am injury free. He makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding through a variety of different workouts. He has also helped me with plans for my own workout sessions whilst also giving dietary advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a personal trainer. More...

A great personal trainer. It's only been a month and I'm already able to start changing my wardrobe. I've learnt so much and feel so much more confident. Terry educates you as well as trains. I've hired personal trainers in the past when I lived in London and received what I would call a pretty standard service but I find Terry's approach very original, refreshing and effective. I have been training with Terry for the last 3 months, he is a fantastic Trainer, i really did struggled at first and felt like giving up, Terry was patient, kind and very understanding in every way. I have lost just under 2 stone at the moment thanks to the hard work and dedication Terry has given me. I've have learn't so much and feel so much more confident than 1 ever have before, i still have a way to go to my goal which i know i can do it, as 3 months ago i thought i would never be here? Terry trains my partner Jon and I. We want to be in great shape for our wedding, and so far Terry hasn't disappointed! He's professional, hard-working and courteous, and a genuinely all-round nice guy. Workouts tend to focus on specific areas of the body at a time, with nothing left out, ensuring we get fitter and stronger in a way that suits our bodies and meets our goals. Terry is a dedicated, sympathetic, professional, and genuine personal trainer. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and he genuinely takes interest in your progress and projected plan. He has become more of a friend than a personal trainer and makes the initial 'hump' of getting into a tailored dietary and training routine manageable.
