We recently just moved to the Morgan Hill area and wanted to have a regular cleaning of our home. Freddy came out and visited our home to estimate the scheduled cleaning. He was energetic and thorough with his observation. He also recommended products to use for our hardwood floor and marble kitchen top. I especially like his friendliness and flexibility when it comes to scheduling. Freddy runs his business as a person, not as a boss to his employees. He would roll up his sleeve and work with his people.Also, I really like his employees. Although we don't talk much but I can sense their sincere and dedication in their work. Terra cleaning is absolutely amazing! They provide exceptional service and are very friendly and easy to work with. When we first moved into our new house, I hired another service to come in and do a move-in, deep clean. I'd never used a cleaning service before and was very displeased with their service. Three people came for 3 hours and they accomplished a basic clean of our 2800 square foot house. There were many things that were left undone and I did not feel like anything was really deep cleaned as I requested. So I started asking around and some months later I had several cleaning services and solo cleaners come to the house and give me a quote for a weekly and biweekly service. Of all the people that came, I was most impressed with Terra cleaning. Freddy was very friendly and personable, and he offered a good price. So I went with them and have never looked back. Their first deep clean service was exceptional!! Again I had 3 people here for about 3 hours and they accomplished twice as much as the first service I hired, and for $70 less!! They cleaned all my plantation shutters on the main floor and blinds upstairs abs my five fans. They did a very thorough job. I have them come every week now, and they continue to be thorough and excellent each week, and I am so pleased with their work (and I am very picky about how clean my house is). I love the days they come!Also, anytime I have special cleaning needs, I just text Freddy before the service. When they get here he verifies exactly what I want and they always do it.
