Hi, I'm sharing my personal experience here. I would highly recommend Jay for any immigration issues and so forth. He is the best. I am full time employee and my employer applied H1-B extension through my company attorney on September 2018 which is six months before my H1b and I-94 expiry date . USCIS didn't made any decision on my case till Jan 2019 and my case was transferred to another processing center , On Feb 2019 i have received RFE . My company lawyer took my RFE case and he was not able to prepare the response on time . Initially my company layer told it s very simple RFE case and it will be get approved easily. USCIS gave 3 months to response to RFE , my company lawyer didn't prepare and not responding to my calls or my manager calls or emails and we were in the situation we had only 2 weeks to prepare the RFE response , I talked to my company HR managers and hired Jay . He is really done fantastic job and he walked us though the RFE response process and mistake done by previous attorney during H1-B extension filing and why we received the RFE in detail . My wife is a licensed physical therapist and was working for a reputed Physical therapy clinic on H4-EAD. Thank you so much!Last year my company's attorney screwed up my PERM application, and it got denied. My 6 years of H1B visa would expire soon, it seemed like I couldn't extend it since I didn't have an approved I-140 before. The company's attorney suggested me to work outside of US for a full year before applying for another H1B to come back. Luckily I found Jay! Jay managed the EB-1A petition my husband and I successfully filed and was a fantastic lawyer. He has a great knowledge of USCIS rules and procedures, including all the eventualities we hadn't thought of, and was highly responsive and understanding. We opted for expedited processing which he explained often leads to an RFE, which is exactly what happened. He then guided us very helpfully and quickly through the RFE process which was quickly resolved. The EB-1 process is time-consuming, stressful, and highly demanding, but Jay was reassuring and proactive, and made the whole thing a lot less unpleasant. We did a lot of background preparation and had many of the materials ready to go, but would have had no idea how to compile this into a USCIS-friendly dossier without Jay's organization and guidance. We also chose to go through consular processing, and Jay was very helpful during this part of the application. Jay represented my employer while transferring my H1B during on-boarding. My case was a tad complicated and Jay helped me get through it all. He set realistic expectations, helped me prepare mentally for a RFE as I chose premium processing and did not sugar-coat anything, which is how I like my immigration counsel. When the RFE was issued, he worked diligently with the HR department and put together a very thorough response that got the petition approved, pretty quickly. I filed removal of conditional Greencard by I-75I by myself at first without consulting any attorney; ended up receiving a notice from USCIS who questioning me about the genuine of my marriage. I was panic after first opening the letter I-797E notice of action. I searched around, and talked to a couple of attorneys. I decided to proceed the case with Jay. During the consolation he seem very caring, and demonstrate extensive knowledge regarding handling these type of issue. The compiling process took about a month to finish. My case was a little triky, because me and husband have lived in two different state for about one year and half. Even thogh marriage was in good faith, immigration officer still will raise their eyebrow on resident issue. Jay explained to me what officer really looking for, guided me on how collect right types of evidence. I can tell he has put a lot of thought and time composing the response to USCIS regarding request of evidence. We used Jay's services for an L1A petition. We went for a free consultation and Jay spent a good deal of time understanding our case, pointed out the challenges and even ways to solve them. I really appreciated the fact that he was not clocking us and instead took the time to show he cared. This is in contrast with attorneys who will force you to pay even for a 10 minute phone call in which they just advertise their services and hardly provide any insight into your case. As a small business getting an L1A approved can be incredibly challenging and we were lucky to have hired Jay. From the get go he put us at ease and was incredibly easy to reach and work with. I must have personally called him on his phone without prior appointment at least 5 times during a two month period and Jay picked up the phone every single time and spoke with me to answer my questions. Most attorneys get irritated when you call them without an appointment but with Jay I did not have to worry about this and could focus on getting a fantastic petition ready within a short time. If you've worked with lawyers this alone is a HUGE plus!During the whole process Jay advised us on the challenges we might face as an SMB and ways it could be addressed. As it was easy to speak with him (as mentioned above), we were very easily able to go through multiple iterations during a short period of time and everything happened quite fast. Once we handed over the documents from our side, Jay worked with incredible speed to finish  his side of the work and we submitted everything with the same week! I work for a small firm (information not disclosed due to confidentiality) and just finally got my H-1B approved because of Jay! !! I cannot be more happier about outcome of my case and feel that I have won a battle with US Immigration. USCIS literally dragged me into very deep waters and I navigated and came out just fine. I hope these insights into my case will help readers facing the similar difficult situation. I thought that H-1B were an easy task and everyone who is getting paid by the US employer and specially if someone has a US degree could be easily approved. USCIS initially issued an RFE questioning Specialty Occupation. Jay prepared a very thorough response and answered the RFE. He involved a fiance professor from NYU Stern School of Business and established that a degree in fiance is the way to go for the position. To my surprise, USCIS issued a "Notice of Intent to Deny" stating that Technical Writer job title is reserved only for engineers for writing technical manuals. And not applicable to people writing business plans to explain investments. This is when i started to realize that H-1B is indeed a serious business and I am in trouble. This was exactly what Jay predicted and I did not pay much attention to. Amazing thing is that because of his foresight WE WERE READY and had already done our homework even before filing. Jay had asked me to collect all my work samples, and we provided all my technical writings with a "very" "very" detailed and well written response. Jay went on to research and provided actual data from Bureau of Labor Statistics, and explained how the data was compiled by Labor Department.Therefore USCIS CANNOT DENY THE CASE stating that it was not an applicable title. Case was immediately approved withing 3-4 days of submission. This experience taught me a lot about immigration and how technical it can get.
