We love exceeding customers' expectations and their complete satisfaction in us and the work we've done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
TerabIT was formed in defiance of over-inflated, complicated pricing structures (often shrouded in baffling jargon) offered by many IT companies and professionals. We believe that your computer, like your car, has become more of a necessity than a luxury. As a result, computers are no longer beyond the reach of the average household. We see no reason why computer repairs & support should be less affordable either.
Why should our clients choose you?
Honesty and trust. Two words that are vital in this industry, where information is so sensitive. We wouldn't be in business for this long if we weren't both honest and trustworthy.
