Tim made this whole daunting process so much easier, answered every question (there were many!) in minutes and gave us tips on other things to think about from surveys to income protection insurance. Temple Wealth Management, Simon in particular, are amazing to work with. I have a great relationship with Simon and know I can rely on him to give me the best advice. I switched to Temple from a much larger IFA group when looking at securing a mortgage on a property with multiple issues with tenure and structure. Simon was knowledgeable and helped me for free so as soon as I needed further advice I went back to him to repay him for his efforts and I have never looked back. We have completed a few buy yo let mortgages now and most recently a remortgage. The remortgage thanks to Simon's advice was a product swap and he managed to get it all turned around in 14 days meaning I had no exposure to the increase in rates I was expecting.
