I graduated from Southeast High School in 1986 and entered the United States Air force for computer programming. My hobbies are attending musical and theatrical performances, listening to all genres of music, fishing, reading, writing , participating in introspective thought and self analysis during my down time, critical thinking and philosophically learning the arts and disciplines of fitness & exercise. I have committed the last 14 years of my life to intensive study and application of personal training, strength & conditioning, functional fitness, sports nutrition, meal planning & nutrient timing , kinesiology, lifestyle fitness coaching, rehabilitation, psychology and ongoing educational courses. My goal at Temple Fitness is to put the "P" back into personal training, servicing clients who are truly looking for this, providing a place where an individual can come and get a comprehensive program designed to their specific needs and abilities and providing the highest quality service, quality results and quality pricing from a top quality trainer who has the experience, know how and the ability to see you to your goals and "practice what he preaches." Temple Fitness goal and mission is to create incremental to total lifestyle changes, bringing awareness about the benefits of nutrition and fitness together and creating a balance to the mind as well as the body and to develop a solid relationship with clients through integrity, honesty and professionalism.
