TelePa answer all of our incoming calls and I wouldn't have it any other way! We had used a large call centre to answer our calls before but that was a very impersonal service and our customers knew we were outsourcing our call answering. With TelePA you get a much more personal service with which our customers arent aware its not our own staff answering the phones. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. More...
