What makes a great website?
A great website is one that works both for the owner and the visitor. Mostly the site owner needs it to convert whether that is to generate enquiries or sell a product. From a visitors perspective though its ease of use that is key, getting to the information or product they require quickly and easily followed by a quick and intuitive process to purchase or send an enquiry.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are the goals for the website? to provide a service, to provide information, to sell a product or to generate enquiries?
By understanding the end goal for visitors we can tailor the path they take making it fast and efficient and ultimately getting the most goals achieved from the traffic the site generates.
What do you love most about your job?
Solving problems! when a client comes to us with a problem and we design and build a solution for them its extremely satisfying to see the business thrive due to our help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I think that I am just a natural entrepreneur as I setup my first business at 19 years old and throughout my career I was never truly happy when working for someone else.
