As a Mac user for over 30 years and, consequently, having dealt with various Mac dealers and repairers most of whom have been extremely condescending in their attitude towards their customers, it has been very refreshing to deal with Mark Whitaker at Tek Refuge in Llandeilo. Mark has taken the time to explain to me the problems with my ageing Mac and his proposed solution. I can now say that my old Mac is as good as new.
