Richard goes out of his way to help. He was the first person I thought of to recommend to my aged neighbours when they decided to gain tech knowledge.
He went above and beyond the "call of duty" spending hours imparting information and support, even going on a shopping trip to purchase the correct device. They were thrilled. I'm pleased to say, they are also now in touch with the internet world and enjoy e mailing friends and family around the world. A real life line. Fantastic result.
Richard has also been there to rescue various computer disasters for us as a family aswell. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Techwizard. A truly conscientious young man deserving of all of our custom.

I must have a laptop and smart phone for my work- I wish I didn't - but was just about able to cope with windows 7, even though I am in my mid seventies and had no idea what some of the icons meant.
Then came windows 10! I got in touch with a couple of computer consultants for help but they assumed for too much prior knowledge and proved to be a waste of time. As a last resort I contacted Techwizard.
Richard Freeman arrived on time and prepared to listen. He responded to my long list of questions without being patronising, eliminated my computer issues, put things in order and even solved unrelated mathematical problems. I will continue to use his services and keep his card at hand.

What do you love most about your job?
I don't like to see things go to waste, and have always been passionate about fixing things especially the satisfaction from when something turns on once again after repairing it! Ultimately though, I like to help people, I find it rewarding. I lot of my friends have said I should be a teacher or a counselor!

If you're system is running slow, I can run a basic computer health check and covers the following:

If your system is in an unstable state, often the best course of action is to backup the data and reset the system to a factory state.

If your computer has become significantly infected, then this service will restore your system to a usable state. If it's very severe, I would recommend a system restore & reset.

If you've purchased a new device and you need to transfer data from your old device, then this is the service for you. This includes:

Data Recovery
When a file such as a photo is deleted, the data remains on the disk until it is overwritten by something else. If you've lost something, stop using the device immediately to increase recovery chances. I only offer basic data recovery services.

I offer free IT decommission which supplies the project with hardware. I securely erase all data to comply with HMG-IS5 and provide a certificate.
