My computer's hard drive crashed three days ago and I was convinced I'd have to buy a new machine. I called in at this store on spec and Sam told me he could replace the hard drive with a much better and faster one, rescue my data, and all for a fraction of the cost of a new computer. I picked it up yesterday and am delighted both with my new machine (which feels like a new computer) and with the professionalism and courtesy with which I was treated. My laptop charger snapped off inside the charging port and PC World really let me down. Great customer service! My computer wasn't working and they managed to fix it without replacing the hard drive within a few hours. The cost was quite reasonable. I also purchased a plug for my i -phone and a cable for my TV. They were faulty and the owner replaced the plug and reimbursed me my money back for the cable. (no questions ask!!)

I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!!!.
