Absolutely amazing people who came to our rescue when we were let down by the original company 15 minutes before our party started. Very friendly guys who were very professional. Graham and Naomi are fantastic. I wanted to hire the safariville activity centre for my daughter's 2nd birthday party all was sorted- but then the weather forecast turned awful and Graham was a life saver- he suggested a small bouncy castle with a cover which meant that the toddlers could still have fun even in the monsoon that then became the day! I wish there was a 10 star review available. I cannot rave enough about Graham and his team at Ace Tec Leisure. They went above and beyond in helping me when organising my daughter's 5th birthday party last week. I was desperately trying to find a Star Wars bouncy castle, which was proving impossible. He said that he could only provide a Batman one, which was fine as my daughter loves Batman, but, given the theme was Star Wars, Darth Vader in particular, I was practically jumping on the spot when Graham told me that he there was the possibility that he could have the design made in time!! He did just that (!!) and even a Darth Vader design (which initially was quite difficult with his designers I believe) and it was the most perfect and amazing touch. Needless to say the birthday girl, and her friends, were super happy. Graham also showed he genuinely cares and wants to help his clients have the best service for a memorable experience. He also threw in 2 toddler sit on cars to provide extra entertainment for the younger ones attending. Couldn't be happier and shall be using him every year.....I also have a 2yr old so many more years of bouncy castles to be had :). Thanks guys!! Brilliant service. More...

Graham provided excellent service and help when I was planning a birthday party for my 5 year old son. We had an indoor bouncy castle with extras and Graham was happy to advise on the best kit for the hall we'd hired (he even knew where everything was once we were inside-
handy when you're setting up in a rush!) Everything went down brilliantly with the party guests and he even helped me find an excellent face painter! Such a great job and so many parents commented to me how much fun the kids were having! More...
