In 2014, TECHEAD was granted a Facility Clearance at the Secret Level in order to partner with AT&T on the Multi-Million Dollar NGEN (Next Generation Enterprise) contact for the US Navy. We have the ability to hold Secret Clearances for personnel that are requested on contract. Positions staffed include: Cyber Security Specialists, NetOPS Specialist, Programmers, IT Specialists and Communications Engineers. We’re able to recruit for all IAT, IAM and IASAE Levels. TECHEAD is able to staff abroad at US Arm forces bases located around the world and US homeland.

Contract
A contract position is a short-term or long-term position that allows our customers to complement their internal expertise in completing projects without requiring long-term obligations. We have a whole back office team that on-boards the contractors; Including Payroll, Benefits and insurance.
Contract-to-Hire
With contract-to-hire, the advantage to our customers is that they do not have to make a long-term job obligation until our consultant has worked on the job for an extended period of time and they are confident that this position is the right fit.
Direct-Hire
Direct-hire positions are permanent, full-time positions that often come with benefits. Most companies realize the benefit to using an agency to find additional candidates in their search. When an offer is made to the candidate, the candidate becomes an employee of the client and on their payroll, not with TECHEAD.
