I have been training at Tech MMA for 2.5 years. I first joined this gym because I was interested in learning Krav Maga, and Tech MMA is the only gym in the NRV that offers it. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and skilled martial artists, as well as genuinely kind and caring individuals both on and off the mat. From day one, the people at Tech MMA have always made me feel like part of a family. Beyond Krav Maga, Tech MMA also offers combat fitness, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA, and more! Participating in these programs has continually pushed me to my limits both physically and mentally, and allowed me to achieve fitness goals I never even knew I had. Tech MMA is without a doubt the best gym I have ever been to. I spent over 2 years training here as a VT student and loved every minute of it. Had to move away after graduation, but even when I am back in town, the gym offers a huge welcome. The fitness trainers provide an awesome variety of strength and cardio. The knowledgeable MMA coaches do a great job breaking down every aspect of each sport and training at all levels. Not to mention, the patrons of this gym are like a big family. I can't say enough about Allison and her Ninja Warrior Adventure Party! Our son Wyatt had the "greatest 9th birthday of all time" thanks to her. The activities, training, obstacles and games...all hard work and FUN! And as a parent, this was the first party I have been able to truly "be a part of" the experience. Often we get so wrapped up in the planning and taking care of things. This was a wonderful experience for our entire family and all the kids...big and little! Week after week, camp after camp, my son (age 10) loves going to any and every event at Tech MMA! He loves the activities, the coaches and Ms. Allison and now is looking forward to their after school program.
