Last week, I had a whole list of problems with my Mac Book Pro and Mac desktop computer ranging from running very slowly with the constant appearance of the rainbow wheel, to programs and email accounts not responding at all. I feared I would have to spend out loads of money on x2 brand new machines. Following x2 new hard drives and some further tweaking, Tech Master sorted out my problems overnight and now, both the Mac and Mac Book are working even more efficiently and faster than it had ever done before!! Everything is happily working again. Following that, I took my son’s broken iPhone screen in the following day to be fixed too. I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the service from start to finish. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with a fast service and great value for money. Absolutely first class service. My imac hard drive failed which left me staring oblivion in the face with the thought of losing some extremely important files. These guys recovered everything and installed a new SSD drive. My particular machine and setup posed some issues, which Techmaster patiently worked around to meet my needs. Got my Macbook Pro display replaced! Great service and best price given out of a few shops I asked. The only issue is the screen turned out to be a lot brighter than the normal macbook pro screen display. I've really sensitive eyes so would always prefer to go with dimmer light on screen and now even the dimmest setting looks really bright! But I wouldn't blame the shop on that since it should be the manufacture factory's default setting on the hardware itself. Anything beside that is great! Highly recommended!New Update: Turned out my previous screen wasn't perfect as there's some issue with the camera as well! I returned it to the shop and they offered me to replace the screen! Took them another few working days to get a replacement and now I've got my perfectly working screen! I would highly recommend this company. They fixed my phone screen within a few hours. After using it over the weekend, I noticed a slight glitch (which they couldn't have know about) and they fixed it for the the same day. Will definitely go back!

My MacBook refused to boot up past a certain point. I took it into Techmaster on Saturday morning. It had been diagnosed by Tuesday lunchtime and the hard drive replaced by Wednesday lunchtime. Mohammed was very helpful, polite and informative. Next time my computer goes wrong I will definitely use Techmaster again rather than trying to diagnose the problem myself first, possible making it worse. At a cost of £280 the device was very reasonable. I have a warranty for 6 months and Mohammed tells me I should get at least another two years from my MacBook. Very pleased. More...

Having inadvertently deleted 200 images from my Camera CF card I found Tech Master. What a relief, Friendly customer service providing positive feedback and filling me with confidence from the moment I walked through the door. It took a few days as the CF card needed a couple of scans, but imagine my relief when I received the phone call saying all the images were recovered and none were corrupt. My macbook pro started getting the blinking folder when I switch it on.After going to Apple store and told them about my mac book problem. They informed me that I have to fully repair my mother board and the Hard disc which would cost me £980. I then searched for the best macbook repair shop in cardiff and luckly I found this shop. As an Editor it it was a complete disaster that my external hard drive randomly wiped itself one day! I had a lot of ongoing work and entered Tech Master in a panic with not much optimism. My hard drive was deemed unfixable with little hope of recovering data. but.. LOW AND BEHOLD, the wonderful and extremely skilled staff at Tech Master saved the day.
