David was very helpful from tje time he came to do the measurements, the drawings and dealing with the council at each step of the process. Having David on had to guide us through that process as well as putting us in touch with a structural engineer was really useful It made the whole building process less daunting. We used Dave at Tech:d LTD to help design a new extension. We found Dave really helpful giving us ideas and different designs to work with. He really listened to us and nothing was too much trouble. He was even replying to our emails outside of work hours. When it come to working out all the structural side of things he recommended a structural engineer who had all the drawings done within 2 weeks. Once all the drawings and plans were submitted Dave did everything for us. It didn't take long to get full planning permission.
