My experience with Tec-Tel was overwhelmingly positive! Â I work in a small office, and we wanted to update our main menu voicemail recording on our Avaya phone system. Â None of my colleagues or myself had the access information we needed to complete this task. Â I felt that this was probably a pretty simple task, and that finding a contractor would be a piece of cake, but I was mistaken. Â I had spent weeks (possibly months) trying to get a hold of other contractors to schedule appointments. Â One contractor was a no-show...twice. Â By the time Matt from Tec-Tel contacted me I was beyond frustrated. Â I explained our request to Matt and he immediately started walking me through some simple tricks to try to access the voicemail box and we were able to access the voicemail in under twenty minutes. Â He didn't transfer me to a sales department and didn't require that we start with an on-site visit, saving me and my company time, money, and stress.
