Hi everyone, for all of you that use/d Teasels with the amazing service, the team that were outstanding and that made every customer return - just to let you know that I have just called and got the WORSE customer services treatment ever. ...there is no more Ross (which we all know) But when trying to get a someone to come out and fit a blind I was told very aggressively 'if we come out to you there will be a call out charge. Ross doesn't work here any longer and the business has changed hands'. Not just what was said, but also how it was delivered...very unfriendly...not the Teasels we all knew and loved..... More...

I was totally impressed with the service I received from the staff at Teasels in T.Wells. On holiday from Australia I was looking to purchase some William Morris curtain fabrics. Not only was I given the latest brochures but I was advised I could take home a sample to see if it was suitable. Obviously I did not do this ! When I explained I would be taking the fabric back to Australia they offered to
pack it ready for the flight home.They did A great job and helped me get a tax refund as I was entitled to as an overseas buyer. I ended up purchasing 12 m of the fabric ,which arrived in perfect order.I can not speak highly enough of the range of fabrics and the help I received . I shall be visiting

A wonderful 'Aladdin's Cave' of beautiful fabrics and wallpapers. Super friendly and helpful staff, always on hand to assist. Highly recommended!
