I can't say enough about this company! I wish I had found them before spending many, many hours helping a relative (unsuccessfully) sort out her issues. A team Logic rep came to the home and spent about 2 hours getting all Apple devices working perfectly together. I would never have figured it out. On top of other issues, there have been some changes with AOL/Verizon that have created some glitches. The technician also helped with resetting passwords, and gave a few hints to make other things easier in the future. His visit was followed up by two calls to make sure everything was running properly. Everyone was patient with our lack of computer savvy, and everyone in the company is extremely professional and courteous. I am comfortable referring this company to my friends and relatives. One day my computer was acting up and would not reboot. I was very busy and needed AutoCad for an urgent customer demo. I called Ben and he showed up at my work to fix the computer because I did not have time to go to their office. By the end of the day my computer was back to normal. TeamLogic IT displays a level of professionalism, service, and honesty that is not easy to find. My computer had a virus and no matter what I did to try and fix it, it proved to be too challenging for me. Sunil and Ben helped me through this difficult problem for a very reasonable price. Their primary concern was solving the problem and getting paid always seemed to be secondary to them.
