There are a lot of IT support companies in the Chicago area, but TeamLogic IT moved heaven and earth to get a tech out to my small company with same day service in the late afternoon to replace a failed firewall that brought the network down entirely, halting many company operations online. Their competitors did not return phone calls, were not available, or needed "days" to develop a quote. Here I spoke directly with the President, who in turn got another employee to schedule service for my company. Don't waste time calling any other company. More...
